Very very worst I ordered cake and gift wort 2400 at last minute they canceled order till now no refund and also no contact number please don't order such irresponsible portal

Worst delivery and cake you delivered is expiry and fungus cake you deliver such a bad experience . It is serious hygiene and safety issue . If return option available i can return on the time.

This is a fraud portal. I ordered a cake and bouquet worth ₹1,600 through this portal on 22 December 2025. At the last moment, just before the scheduled delivery time, upon inquiry through mail, i was informed that the order could not be delivered because they did not have a delivery person available for my location that day.

I immediately asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. The order was cancelled, but I have still not received any refund till date. They have no contact number to call, and they are also not responding to emails.

Completely fraudulent portal and company. Avoid.

i've ordered a cake on 26th of Nov 2025 and below was the response and i've filed compliant them against in RBI to investigate

Everything is wrong, they cancelled the order at the last moment after receiving the payment of the order with an excuse of unable to deliver at the location. And it's been almost 3 weeks no refund, not answering any email.. Even now their email is not working, no contact number either. I wish someone moves legally in this case.. And the reviews at the site are the ones they approve.. Not even real reviews..

Fraud scammers they don't deserve single star.
I ordered cake and few items in nov25 they didn't deliver and also amount not refunded.
They don't have any contact details or any source tk connect

I had ordered for a cake but the payment was done, no order created. Thinking that it was due to some technical error, I made a second payment against which an order number was created and lateron declined saying that the place where the cake was to be delivered did not come under their service area. Then I got a mail saying that my both the orders stands cancelled and refund will be made within seven days. But no response since then. It is a fraud company. They have a email id but there is no contact telephone number available. That itself shows that this is a number 1 fraud company.

They are totally fraud...they only send the cake...not bouquet...but the charged 1250 rs...even 250 for midnight delivery...but they send cake next by 4 pm...only after repeated emails...they don't have any customer care number...after placing the order you have to only wait and wait...till date didn't refund my money...delhi police must do some action against them...don't order any thing from cakesportal.in

I ordered a birthday cake from CAKEPORTALS on 19/11/2025 with a promised delivery by 9:30Pm. On the day of the event, I received a last‑minute message saying the order was postponed with no new delivery window provided.
When I tried to cancel the order, the support team said the refund would be processed within 5‑7 working days. It’s now been 14 working days and I still haven’t seen the money. My follow‑up emails have gone unanswered, and there’s no phone number listed on the site—only a generic email address that never replies.
To make matters worse, the website gives no clear contact information, no live chat, and the “FAQ” section offers no help for refund issues. It feels like a classic scam: they take your money, delay the service, and then disappear when you ask for a refund.

They sre completely farzi people as we hv ordered cake and till last min following up neither cake was delivered neither my money came back. This site needs to be removed as they are completely folling people around and taking all money without any delivery or service

Recently I have ordered cake for my Mother's birthday but they haven't delivered the cake upon that they didn't even refund the amount aswell.Never beleive in this site .there is no proper mail id and there is no contact number also.worst experience ever.

They dont even deserve a single star. They cancelled my order and its been a month and no refund processed yet. I tried emailing them and no response. These guys are scammers dont fall in the trap.

Worst company ever met in lifetime. Don't order such money looting fraudulent company. I had ordered a birthday cake from this looting thief company and didn't delivered my parcel till now no refund yet. So please avoid dealing with such third rated looting thiefs.

Very very bad and disappointed experience with Cakesportal. Firstly I didn't receive the design which I ordered, the design was completely different than my order and seems so low quality. And second and most importantly I ordered the cake eggless, but I received the cake with egg and I am a vegetarian person who ate this cake. How wrong it is.
