I called CAD Solutions and spoke with Daniel before purchasing Autodesk Inventor. Daniel assured me the process would be completed within 24 hours. I made the purchase in the morning, and by 2:00 pm, I had received an email directly from Autodesk confirming that the product was ready to install.

Daniel also called to make sure all my login details were working correctly before finishing up. Excellent service, great communication, and a very smooth process. Highly recommended.

This is my second time renewing my subscription through Cad Solutions and thought it was worth giving them a review.
Within a few hours from purchasing, they send you a confirmation, then you go to the actual Autodesk website and download the software it's a no brainer

I also purchased more software but didn't get any email but once I contacted them I had it within the hour and they followed up the next day to make sure I got it
So I am happy with the customer service I've received and will continue to buy from them

We have been successfully using AutoCAD Lt purchased from CADSolutions Australia for the last 2 years. They have been supportive and clearly the licence is cheaper than purchasing directly from AutoDesk.

Excellent value for money. CADSolutions Australia renewed my AutoCAD Architecture licence for around one-third of the price quoted by other Autodesk resellers. There were a few minor login glitches, but these were resolved promptly through live chat—even on a Sunday evening! Highly recommended.

Fake business, they supplied a genuine ABN on request. I contacted the listed phone number of the ABN and was warned that CAD solutions Australia is falsely using his ABN. Do not purchase from this company

initially I was sceptical because of the low prices, approx 25% of autodesk advertised prices, but I found them to be highly efficient and helpful!

Gave me a free trial to evaluate the Autocad software needed and activated the full version as soon as I made the payment.
Communication was easy through emails. Highly recommended !

I was looking for AutoCAD licence everywhere, but the prices were not encouraging, until I contacted CAD Consulting. I tried AutoCAD for 2 weeks for free and decided to buy a licence. I received full support and all my questions were answered on time. I do recommend CAD Consulting for any licence or software in Australia.

What started out as a worry that I had been scammed turned out to be a far better experience.
Dealing with Daniel on the phone was only a pleasure and I now have a Fusion 360 license for about a third of the discounted price from Autdesk.

Summary: They did try to solve the problem.
Initially a rocky start, due to complications with an existing Autodesk account, but after some back and forth we got a resolution. Hopefully this review is one that help others in the future as this business learns from this experience. Mistakes will always occur, but how we respond to them is often more important.

Was initially hesitant to renew my AutoCAD license with these guys. However I read their “30 day money back guarantee” return and refund policy on their website, so decided to pull the trigger and purchase it. Couple months in now and I’d definitely encourage others to purchase their Autodesk license from here, given how much more competitive the prices are compared to Autodesk and other resellers.

Dodgy and a risk - I called the line. First technical support, hung up, then sales. It was the same guy.
Spoke to him for a while and pressed how it was so cheap but no real answer. The line was crackly and poor.
All legitimate Autodesk software is now quoted and invoiced via Autodesk and they are asking for payment first.
I wouldnt risk your money. go with an authorised reseller only. They'll tell you that price isn't possible unless its a cracked version.

Great Communication. Very easy and efficient way to deal with them. All my software licenses are working perfectly and updates. Very Happy with the service.

I purchased Fusion 360 through Software CAD Australia. While the process of getting my software registered had a number of hiccups, and the experience wasn't the smoothest, everything was resolved in the end. Now that it's up and running, I'm satisfied with the purchase and enjoying the software. If you're prepared to be very patient through the setup, it might be worth it!
