The system and workflows are easy to set up. writing the course description is easy. What is even better is the support you get. Especially when you are just starting the support is there within minutes and they will provide you with the solutions. I have felt silly now and then as the solution was so obvious but that just shows that they are patient with you and take each issue you have seriously. I am going to place some online course on the system and I am sure I will have lots of questions, but I know I do not need to worry as they are there in the back ground.

Cademy are truly unique. We have used many software packages with so called 'support'.
Cademy are in a league of their own!!!
So friendly, so approachable and so helpful.

Booking service is great, has worked seamlessly thus far, but what is truly outstanding is their personal support. I was stuck (I’m not fabulous with IT, I can normally just get by) I sent them an SOS on Saturday evening, about 8:30, I got an immediate reply, to me, which solved my problem, immediately. I wasn’t expecting to get the issue resolved until the Monday, but their immediate response allowed me to do my work over the weekend. I thanked them on the Sunday and again received a personal response.

Every interaction we have had with Cademy has been 100% positive. If we have ever needed assistance they have at worst been quick, friendly and efficient. At best they have been amazing (on one occasion basically making a live training video and sending it over as that was the quickest way to get to the root of our problem, and it took maybe 2 minutes start to finish). They have been open to feature requests and honest about the chances of them making it into the product (we have some fairly niche needs) and somehow over the couple of years we have been using them, they have managed to reduce the cost of using the service. Of the booking systems we have used, they stand out for their features and ease to work with. Very, very happy customers.

I have to say that this company is absolutely wonderful! The customer service is superb and the platform has been so easy to use and so extensive in what it offers - and for free mostly. There are no hidden tricks or costs. They originally contacted me by email (something others have complained about) however, I am SO GLAD they did. This has saved me so much time, hassle and expense. I can't praise them enough for what they have achieved here and for offering such an extensive service for free. Thank you!!

I have actually had a few interactions with different websites over issues in the last few weeks and this was by far the most straightforward, efficient, timely and effective! The advisor Artur responded to me quickly.. even adding relevant screenshots from my profile for clarity. He quickly sorted out my issue and refunded me for my error. He clearly highlighted how to prevent future issues, answering all my queries in a simple and understandable way. A* service.

I’ve had a look at a few platforms to list training courses in the past and I’ve always found them so cumbersome that I gave up every time and just carried on with my simple portfolio website and manual handling of booking requests. But last week I discovered Cademy and, oh my, what a fantastic system! It is so easy to use, so intuitive, fast, sleek, pragmatic. I’m still new to it but I love it already. Also I made a mistake which caused me to face a login issue. I contacted the support team around 10pm tonight and within minutes they were assisting me and resolving my problem. Amazing experience all round so far. I highly recommend giving it a go.
