Avoid: delayed delivery and transport damages
Watch out - this German company operates (or hides) under multiple internet storefronts - including deinefronten.de & kitchendoors24.com. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed my order back in July, but delivery did not take place until November – far beyond the stated delivery period and despite several follow‑ups from my side. During all this time there was no proactive information, no clear update on the status, and no visible willingness to take responsibility for the significant delays.
Even worse, part of the delivery was damaged or incomplete, which meant I had to contact customer service yet again. Instead of a prompt and professional solution, I mainly encountered evasive reactions: responsibility was shifted entirely onto the transport company and even onto me as the recipient for having accepted the delivery, rather than transparently checking and correcting their own mistakes (insufficient packaging).
Because of the delayed delivery, the damage to the goods, and the poor communication, I had considerable additional effort, annoyance, and stress. In my experience, this company neither accepts responsibility for its mistakes nor shows genuine commitment to its customers. I therefore cannot recommend this company.
