Front desk clerk could have been a little happy. Seemed grumpy. No napkins with the coffee and doughnuts in the morning. Good for a quick overnight stay.

I was sick and I couldn't make it i ask for my money back

Tried using my hotel.com cash, again, and it’s fully billing my credit card, again. Virtual help is not helping!

There was a huge empty space in corner of room that was obviously missing a table and chairs for dine in or sit at table option. Either you were in bed or in bed. No comfy chair
Other than missing furniture everything was top notch!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience booking through Hotels.com.
I needed to change the dates for my reservation at the Holiday Inn Toronto - Int'l Airport. However, Hotels.com’s automated system completely glitched and disabled my ability to select or input new dates—making it technically impossible for me to process the change.
When I reached out to customer support, I was met with unhelpful responses, endless automated loops, and zero flexibility. Neither their phone agents nor their app provided a solution for a technical failure on their end, leaving me stuck with a charge for dates I cannot use.
They trap customers behind rigid policies and faulty systems without taking responsibility when their platform fails. Save yourself the stress, money, and headache—book directly with the hotel instead

Rewards, easy booking and changes if needed

It was awful room was disgusting, Towels smell dirty. Would not recommend this place

The app is very easy to navigate & the cash rewards (as credit) is great. I appreciate the filter options and the detailed info, pictures, reviews for each hotel. The only thing I would like to see in the future is the hotel location map being interactive so it’s easier to determine the walking distance to points of interest.

I dislike having to pay upfront for my hotel reservation by six months or eight months as in this case I can understand a few days in advance other platforms allow you to pay when you arrive. Also, if an accommodation says they have parking it shouldn’t be limited it should be reserved when you make a reservation, or at least make it very clear in a description.

We were looking for a reasonable place to stay for a night and this hotel came up on list. Once we were on the site it was easy to book, very self explanatory. It’s in the perfect location for our needs.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life! I wish I could give a 0 star! Stay away!! Not a hotel but rather a very small room with nothing, no refrigerator (as indicated in posting), no private bathroom but rather shared with 2 other rooms in appartment, no balcony, no city view, no shared kitchen. Very dark, dusty and in an awful neighbourghood with barking dogs everywhere. the pictures do no reflect reality, Asked for refund and the renter was very rude and refused… had to relocate 2 hours away to find something decent. This should be be available for anyone to rent….A TOTAL SCAM, I travel as an airline employee all over the world on a budget, and this is one of my worst experiences!! Please stay away!!
