Reception desk was really accommodating. We checked in early because my husband cannot sit for too long, he’s in pain. Worked out so well, we got him in the room and lying down.

The pricing structure is getting…
The pricing structure is getting ridiculous.
One example was 1 room for 1 night $63 and the total price for the night was over $250!
That’s a total of over 4 times the nightly price?
Please advertise the price of the room at the price of the room!
There also should be a warning that resorts hit you with a large resort fee at the desk.
I’m aware of this but many people are not.

The agent ignored correct # but canceled my good booking
When I asked the agent to cancel my wrong booking with exact booking #. He cancelled my another valid booking with a different #. And he closed the chatbot right away so that I had no way to talk with him again. I was very upset that I had to cancel all my bookings and after one night when I tried to rebook them, the rooms are sold out. So I end up with no available room for me.

Inventory not updated regularly. Chat agent wasnt helpful. Ended up paying more
I was trying to book the comfort inn in Brockville that was $50 cheaper. Each time I tried to check out it told me the rooms weren't available. I left it over night and checked again in the morning, thinking inventory would reset. I was still having the same issue in the morning, so I chatted with and agent. Tried booking for me but had the same issue. Said they would email me about availability, never recieved it. Same issue this evening on Hotels.com and Expedia. I booked this as other price have already risen over the past day and I didn't have to pay even more.

The booking process is so incredibly easy and fast. The cash idea for staying 10 nights is a far better perk. I just always seem to catch great deals with this app. I have been using Hotels.com for many many years and dont see me going anywhere else. Definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting a great deal, ease in booking and a great perk.

The booking was Quick as Usual
The booking was quick as usual. The first time using our available Hotel.com cash. We like that much more the the previous method of caching in a free night, and still having to pay on top. We will see how the Hotel responds to our Room special requests.
