total scam name is now vitawell on website,dont get confused with legit websites, they take your money but you don't receive your items, manage ur account and pause ur order ,report to bank,you may have to cancel ur card to stop monthly payments going out.go and read more reviews on trust pilot.paid via shopify ,I bought from an Australian website
Finally 1 order arrived not sure if it's Feb or March Today is 11th April
After many emails requesting cash refund,it comes from China and in little pkts;I'm going to bin it

Absolutely rubbish, ordered in early march, have not received the item, contacted customer support only to be told the delivery should be with me shortly! Still isn’t here on the 4th April - have asked for a refund for the item and shipping.

Absolutely appalling. Just check out their website instead of the shopify one - most of the links like “refunds” don’t lead anywhere… speaks for itself. I discovered that like many othrrs i’ve been signed up to a subscription without my consent… i hope that deleting my credit card from the shopify app will stop them taking the payment.

Placed order in Feb, nothing received, raised a ticket on their website, no response in March, new order automatically placed without consent end of March.

These vitamins are going in the trash bc who knows what’s in there. Not trustworthy.

SCAM. Sign you up to membership with your awareness. They take more money out of your account and all their emails don’t work. Drop shipping from China somewhere. Have had to cancel my card and everything

After numerous emails to delete my credit card details and stop charging without permission. Im still waiting for customer service to respond. STAY AWAY

Have emailed 5 times to cancel a subscription had absolutely no response from the company. Terrible customer service would warn others to avoid it.

So I ordered these Vitawell Lymphatic drainage gel caps and I got a tiny package containing 60 gels caps when the ad clearly had 240 gel caps in the add what gives? I only ordered because it said 240 not 60!! False advertising.I totally wasted my money

Took a long time but I did get them after nearly two months. But they definitely are crafty with the subscription because I never once ticked or gave permission to do so.
Update, also received a full refund for the second payment they took.

I have never orderd anything from them.

I received 2 emails informing me my parcel was in transit, and my subscription was being dealt with.

I contacted my Bank and my other payment source, and so far neither has had any payment removed.

Today I received via Yodel, 3 packets of capsules I had not ordered. The delivery was put straight through the letterbox so I couldn't stop it.

I had blocked Vitawell in my mailbox, and now I will need to contact my bank again.

Do not use this “business”! They entrap consumers into a subscription that they never consented to in the first place. Options to unsubscribe are not available, with a website that barely works; the ‘Manage Subscription’ page does not work - I’m guessing intentionally. Communication is limited and will not acknowledge or address cancellation. Delivery of items is through a Chinese-run courier service that apparently cannot deliver to a registered Post Office, and there are no options to contact to re-arrange. There was no option to rearrange a delivery with no contact details provided, then they have the gall to request an additional payment to reattempt deliver!. Only recourse is to dispute charges with your bank and cancel credit card. Be warned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVING SCAMMERS!! This company is a total SCAM. I placed an order over a month ago for some vitamins and I never received them. It even shows in my shop app that the order was placed but never shipped. I emailed their customer service team about it twice and received no response. When I placed my order I did NOT sign up for a subscription and they just charged my card AGAIN for another order when I did not even receive the first one. Now I have to dispute both charges thru my bank and cancel my card which is tied to all my autopays and is such a pain in the ass to have to update. I am kicking myself for not coming here first before I bought but you'd never think that a vitamin company would do this but apparently they're not a real company and just a bunch of thieves.

And have not received any thing

I am extremely disappointed with this company. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, been trying to contact them for a delivery date and to ascertain when to expect my delivery and to ensure my parcel isn't left unattended and stolen, but there is no way to contact anyone. There is no telephone number for customer service, and my emails have gone unanswered for days. I even downloaded the shop app as instructed, but it has not helped. I have now contacted my bank to assist in refunding my money. I will not be purchasing from this company again, very dubious and from the sounds of it, I will also not be receiving the order that I placed

Never buy from this company, they take your money and don't send the goods, they are scammers.
