The dress was a completely different fabric and colour from the image shown and the quality was very poor. Very difficult company to communicate with and as yet no refund given.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

They are not in Manchester. They are based in China and send fake tracking information and fake royal mail links.

I am fighting to get a refund and now brought in trading standards and my bank.

Do not order from this company it is based in China. Ordered a Chiffon dress, arrived looked like a poor quality underskirt with NO Chiffon . Contacted customer support , who offered varying amounts of discounts as they do not want you to send items back! Don’t blame them. Contacted the bank re mis selling a product who can only help once the item has been returned. Cost of return postage £24 as needs to be tracked . I will not give up as soon as annoyed . Avoid like the plague.

Fake advert as a company based in Manchester.
I was waiting for my order over 3 weeks.
I received poor quality dress, without tags.
When I asked for a refund, I realised, the company is based in China. They asked me to pay £30 for return. I open a dispute, try to get my money back.

Complete rip off. Checked the website before ordering and looked legit, but as soon as I had ordered the dress and didn't get any confirmation email I was suspicious. Called the phone number on the website and it goes to a foreign answerphone. The dress did arrive and the quality is absolute rubbish, nothing like the photos. Emailed to ask for a return. 1st they offered 25% refund and I could keep the dress, then they offered 50% refund and I could keep the dress. When I insisted that I return it or they give me 100% refund and I will bin it, they said that it would cost £20 - £30 to send to their international warehouse. When I questioned this - as they supposedly are a UK company there was some rubbish story about them having the stuff shipped from abroad. In googling it would appear that to return to an international depot they must state this on their website which they don't. I am going to try to get a chargeback from the bank as I think there is no chance of a refund. Truly, truly crap quality, don't touch with a bargepole.

False company - does not exist !! Totally fabricated- ordered a beautiful dress thinking it was coming from Manchester- a shit dress arrived weeks later than promised from China!! Avoid and report !!! Facebook needs to be more vigilant and should be held accountable!! There was reviews on the page but obviously false!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I found a beautiful dress and the website looked legitimate with information on returns etc. it is a scam - you get an item from China that takes ages to arrive and looks nothing at all like what you have ordered. They have refused to refund me saying to do so would mean returning it at a cost of £30 (the dress was £50) and what they state on their website re returns is utter nonsense. The dress is for sale on some other websites that all have a suspiciously similar look to Byron’s Fabric Manchester. Huge scam - feel furious about it.
