We purchased a PTO in August of 2024, card was charged.
We cancelled the order and have the confirmation that the order was cancelled on their website.
We have not yet received the refund for the charge to our card. I have called and emailed the company with no replies at all.
Maybe this will get somebody to reply to me

Company is trash. Don’t ever buy anything from this website. Send item back with tracking number they received the item never refunded. Reach out to them and they are telling me figure it out with the shipping company they never received anything.

Scam company, still waiting on my part, they will tell you that the part left the warehouse but it’ll still show at the warehouse. Do not buy. They will not help, refund or return emails. There is no customer service to speak of

Worst Company to deal with . An A++++In the Art Of Scamming customers out of money . Advertise parts wrong and then blame you . Give you false return information and then once you send the items back to the address they say too, They claim they did not receive it and that you must have sent to the wrong address . And flat out refuse refund . The BBB won't even help because they too are a scam and side with the business. Even when emails ,shipping receipts and signature recieved slips are shown. Bottom line , If you want to actually get your parts and them be correct . DONT BUY FROM BUYPARTS.ONLINE THEYLL ONLY RIP YOU OFF . and their phone is a joke too . They dont answer and dont return calls .

This website and company are total frauds. They're always going to have the hard to find parts, parts that you can't find anywhere else and they will claim to have it in stock. I ordered a part in May, much similar to other reviews the part displayed as shipped but the post office showed that the shipment had not been picked up. My Order #41745Order #41745; after constant emails to the "support staff" I received a notification that the part shipped on July 7,2025 that the part shipped. And just as others have posted here, the tracking information stated that the package was shipped to a locker location (not the address I provided but a locker location). When I inquired about the address, the support person just stated that the package was shipped to the address I provided. Stay away from this website, they're crooks and I'm about to spoil their day. That's funny because the postal inspector stated that the ping was at a different address.

Worst company I have ever done business with. You order and if they don’t have it they just sit on the order with no communication or follow up. They make the return process excessively difficult to prevent people from making the return.

This company has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. I, ordered parts back in September of 2025. After being patient and my parts not showing up, i, reached out to them via email, and by phone. I, was told my part would be shipped soon, it never was, so, I, reached back out asking for an update. Not 10 minutes later, I, receive an email saying my order has been cancelled (which I did not do). I, now am not getting any response from this company. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM. They will gladly take your money, not send your parts and give you nothing but a runaround, then cancel your order.

This Company is a big scam order showed in stock paid for it next thing you no it they cancel your order without letting you know what's going on called customer service no reply only VM left numerous messages no returns even emails BAD Company ALL AROUND.....

Placed an order on 10/9 for a truck part. Showed available on the site when ordered. Reached out via email for a status update on the order and never received a reply. Called the toll free number today and got VM never got a call back with tracking info. I am disputing this charge with my CC company they shouldn't charge me until the item SHIPS and can provide valid proof of tracking.

Just dont buy from this company I paid for an order, as it took so long I decided made a claim. I did it , i recover payment but then come the products late, Ok i call them because I am an honest person, They took a new payment. but in other hand , of course I understand that make a claim also, so my bank gave them the money . They take 2 payments, so I called tham explain situation It is almost 6 months and they dont give me an answer I haven't received my second payment back.

This company is totally unprofessional. I placed and order on Friday 10-24-25. Waited until Tuesday for an update on my order, never got one, so I decided to call them on Tuesday. The phone number they provide is never answered, calls go directly to voice mail. Left 2 messages, no answer. Wednesday called again for update and left message that if I didn't receive an update I would call my credit card to cancel purchase. Soon after, they sent an email cancelling my order. Now they're saying that I canceled the order. They are a scam. Asked them to review voice mail I had left, they refused. Customer service sucks, they don't even know what that is. Don't buy from these people. Not worth the aggravation.

I had a very disappointing experience with BuyParts.Online.

I ordered a Kenworth Truck Cab Side Step on August 28, 2025, and later returned it following all their instructions. The return was confirmed delivered by UPS on October 6, 2025, but the company refused to issue my approved refund and even responded in an unprofessional and defensive manner.

After several unanswered emails, I contacted American Express and opened a dispute. Amex reviewed the case and immediately refunded my money after verifying the delivery information.

This shows a serious lack of responsibility and transparency from this seller. I don't recommend buying from them - their customer service is slow, unprofessional, and they do not honor approved returns.

Scam company and most horrible, rude people will respond you back. Avoid this company

Scam!!! AVOID THIS WEBSITE

I placed an order on September 27th being that it was on a Saturday I called on September 29th to confirmed the order and to find out what is the ETA for the part I ordered. Turns out the part was not in stock and they put my order on expedited backorder. I immediately told them to cancel the order that the part was needed yesterday not when they wanted to ship it. I told them to cancel the order and refund the $2100.18 as of this day I have not receive the refund. They are claiming that I submitted a fraudulent chargeback. That is not true. I did dispute the charges with my credit card because the order was canceled on September 29th, 2025 and they have not refunded the money back to my credit card. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS NOT HONEST AND THEY HAVE NO PARTS IN STOCKED TO SHIP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. I am still fighting for my refund

A refund processing since September 29th? The refund was never in process and you know it. The dispute I did with my credit card is NOT AN ATTEMPT FOR DOUBLE REFUND! PROCESS THE REFUND FOR $2,100.81 THAT WAS NEVER DONE!

Made an online order June this year, showed In Inventory bought what needed, got response no longer had where placed in Expedited Backorder only to cancel in August. Searches for this part number showed no value until Sept where this company showed In Inventory again so bought Again, this time weeks to get parts delivery, only to receive ONE of Three billed for, then as questioned get a Turned over to Insurance. NOT seen refund for Billed not Sent money, have to contact them for any information and mediocre support as of End of October, NEVER AGAIN.

This is an addendum to a response on a review already made by myself.

You claimed in this response to my review that this order was not made by me and was canceled by request. This is in fact not true. No order of ours has been requested that it be canceled. We run a family business and the purchaser's name for the part that was ordered is Ivan a family member who doesn't have time trying to get ahold of you guys all day long. I am just in need of this part and would like to get a straight answer.

My order Number is #55549 and am simply asking to see what its status is and when I should be expecting a part that is said to be in stock.

It has not been canceled by request on our end and we need it as it was only so post to take 5 days to receive it.

Is there a phone number we can reach out at to discuss our situation?
