I ordered a rod bearing part 5473331 shipping label created but no shipping info available ups says they havent got my part to ship company says they shipped it but i havent received it yet.i also paid shipping extra. they read my review after i suggested they track the number they gave me and they sent me the same tracking number that ups hasnt received the part to ship
Search that tracking number i paid for faster shipping are they bringing it horse and buggy?Please search that tracking number then respond with the propper response ups cant tell me its otw they say they dont have it how long should i wait for a resolution show me updated shipping info that shows its on the way.

Customer service VERY rude, trying to find ups shipment, "you are stupid & keep your comments to yourself "

This is a great business if you’re okay with no updates on your parts status, no responses to phone calls or callbacks, and fake/wrong tracking numbers.
THANK GOD I paid it through the PayPal, So these scammers either need to ship it out or refund my money.
Now, they probably going to respond it with many different excuses!

I ordered a part back in May of this year and it showed available online so I put a payment of 500.00 down and the rest on affirm. The next day I looked up to see when my order would be in and it said September 2026. I called this company and left messages and never recieved a call back. I did the live chat on their site and was told my order was not availble and it was canceled. I am still waiting for my refund. As of today June 9th, 2026 still can not get ahold of the company, the live chat wont answer me questions and i have left a dozen messages on their voicemail. Im out of 500 bucks and affirm still wants the rest of the payment which is over 2,000. When I got ahold of affirm they told me they did not recieve cancel comfirmation yet from company. This company "buyparts.online" is scam and should be shut down. In process now with holding this company accountable

communication non existant. robo phone operator, no call back, non functional support email,just want a refund for a flywheel they never shipped, $12 bearing recieved $212 flywheel never shipped....scam scam scam

Everything you are reading in these reviews is 100% accurate. This company is awful, payed for expedited shipping it never showed as processed. Getting in touch with them is impossible. I attempted to cancel the order right away and couldn’t. After weeks of the item showing no shipment processing showing on their website I disputed the charge and get credited back. All the sudden magically they ship the order. I did finally receive the item but no longer needed it. I asked for a return address to send it back. They wouldn’t provide a return address….I’m met with rude/childish email exchanges about how I’m a scammer and how they’re going to get their legal team involved. To that I’d say please do maybe a lawyer would give me a return shipping address…They are obviously not a legitimate business. Nor do they care to provide customer service or support. What a joke!
I hope this message is seen by the person considering ordering from them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

My order has been canceled, however when it i tried to contact for a refund. NO RESPONSE at all. several emails have been sent however no reply at all??
it cost me almost $2000.

-1000000000000000000000000000000000000000 stars -this company is fraudulent, purchased 2 inverters they claimed it was delivered i asked them where my package was didn’t respond then i filed a complaint with my credit card company then they sent me a letter threatening to sue me and send me to collections they gave me a fake tracking number for a product that was shipped a month before i purchased my product i called ups and they said my name and address wasn’t on the package .i sent the company a email saying they sent it to wrong address with my wrong information(ups told me that with the tracking number BuyPartsOnline gave me) also on a more important sidenote I ordered two 6500 W solar inverters they each weighed 44 pounds with the fake tracking number they gave me that package weighed 20 pounds. The package should’ve weighed over 88 pounds even in the confirmation picture, the supposed confirmation picture the package is way too small for what I ordered more fraud,then said its not there responsibility to give correct shipping information i sent them receipt with my name and address then they threatened me again say pay or else filed a complaint with better business bureau and ftc ,major scam watch out. they are threatening me with suing me and collections for a package they never sent in my opinion disgusting people, fraud scam watch out report these people fight the fraud , also filing a complaint with the IC3 Internet crime agency. they claim this is fake before deleting their response and updating it to the same nonsensical lies 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂have all the documentation to prove it order number 81433 these people repeat the same lines over and over even if you have proof and documentation they repeat the same nonsensical, absurd comments. some of the communications they sent me they even use misspelled words they claim that its my responsibility to give them the correct information but on the receipt they provided it has the correct information in my opinion it’s like talking to a child with an attitude with a fake company that scams hard working americans. absolutely despicable hopefully eventually the government will shut them down and hopefully all the victims of this fraud committed by this company will have justice. They keep changing their response just shows their corruption.

just filed a complaint with the IC3 FBI Internet crime website. I’m going to go file a police report this week. I won my credit card case and this fraudulent company I believe sent me to collections. I think I got a call from a collections agency so now I’m gonna have to send them the documentation to show that this is fraud. Do not buy anything from this company. It is fraud. so I got another update about this terrible company. They did send me to collections and they put my name as a trucking company. That’s what they gave to the collection agency. They use my last name and trucks and they said I have a company more fraud. I just got done filing a police report with the local police department and I’m currently in contact with the debt collection agency, giving them all the documentation of proof of what buy parts online is doing. Can I possibly be looking up to hire a lawyer to sue them or try to get a class action lawsuit going? Everybody should get together and make these people stop committing fraud with a class action lawsuit. a funny part is the company wouldn’t tell me where they sent the package cause there wasn’t a package, but they had no problem giving my name and address to a debt collection agency that just shows how shady these people are researching lawyers to sue them if they do take me to court they’re gonna lose and the court case may be thrown out, cause I’ll file a motion for a fraudulent baseless case. SCAM ALERT!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I Ordered a part and paid for 2nd day air with UPS, according to their site. I should have received the item today, May 27th, 2026 and with the tracking number they provided to me, it states that its with the US postal service, via regular mail, instead of UPS AIR. I contacted my local post office with the tracking number that buypartsonline provided, and the post office does not have a tracking number from this company for me, and was not able to give me any help.
I've called, chat, and emailed, and seems that email is the only way they will communicate, and with that communication, they are very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Always trying to deflect the issue back on me, and said that it's my fault. I contacted my cc company and the BBB.

After huge shipping delay trying to get them to cancel. Because of the delay they refused and keep saying it's been shipped over a week later. Have to have the bank dispute it for me still have not received the product 14 days later when it was supposed to be a three day shipping.

Worst possible place to order from. Website said in stock so I ordered a steering column. Then they email me saying they cant find parts anywhere in the world. So we cancel the order. Now over a month later still cant get my money back and they don’t return emails or calls. Basically just scam people out of money. I was never given any ARN #

Horrible people to deal with. I ordered a part and they canceled it and still charged me still waiting on my refund. $1700.32. Nobody will talk to me. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and I'm going to my bank for fraud. Stay away if you know what's good for you. And you're in a commercial business

Horrible experience, ordered 6 hoses, paid extra for next day air, received 4 days later and only received 2 hoses…a week later after constantly going back and forth with customer service via email because they won’t give you a number to call, they say it is an insurance claim and will advise…??? Package arrived in undamaged condition and was clearly untampered with. They short shipped the order intentionally and refuse to send the rest of the order or refund the missing items or shipping costs that they did not meet. Absolute SCAM! Do not use this company and AVOID at all costs even if it means having a truck down for a couple days you will be much better off than dealing with this incompetent company.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Purchased an item online, got all the bells & whstles saying my shipping was free. Received a request for another $160 for shipping and when I questioned them, I got an email saying they cancelled my order! Save your money and buy somewhere else. They claim I threatened them. The only threat was to make sure everyone knew not to trust "free shipping". I'm permanently banned-LOL! Like I would buy from them again. There should be a disclaimer that states oversized LTlLqwll incur freight charges.

Scam website do not order. Very bad experience spent over thousands of dollar and not got a refund had to do a dispute with bank had me make a police report in order to refund money. Don’t fall for their price lowering scam on the parts.

Do not use them. Very unprofessional, sent wrong parts and didn't send parts i ordered, made a big deal out of it and never responded back to me or sent parts or issued a refund to me. DO NOT USE THEM! I sent documentation of this all and they say it was sent when it wasn't and had to source to a professional site that sent the right stuff and communicated.

Website is a scam. Nobody answers phone and when I finally got a reply through email they were very rude and hostile when I tried to cancel order. Had to do a charge back in order to get my money back. Stay away from this website.

This company could be a scam. We mutually canceled an order they could not fill and are giving me the run around on crediting my CC back, customer service reps are nasty and useless. STAY AWAY!!!!

ZERO STARS if possible. SCAM - A.I run, no customer service. Paid for next day air.....Shipping notification sent with no tracking.....Talked to a computer for 3 days..Obviously no parts next day. DON'T DO IT
