Commande internet 11 novembre 2025 pour 2 polaires, la deuxième en promo mais 1 seule batterie gratuite dans le panier. Aujourd'hui, le colis est pratiquement perdu comme souvent avec d'autres fournisseurs. Cela va durer encore 1 mois. Nous nous faisons vite arnaqué devant leur promo. Ils sont forts...

En commandant avec batterie supplémentaire le prix sur validation panier plus de 100 euros alors qu'annoncé avec promo. J'ai contacté il m'ont changé. 1/le gilet arrive ce jour 4 novembre (presqu'un mois)pour 5 jours ouvrés annoncés 2/ une seule batterie alors que j'ai payé pour 2 3/le gilet en chauffage max à peine tiède. ATTENTION À TOUS ARNAQUE !!

I love these ceramic heaters!
Jan 1 storm blew tree on power lines, knocking down poles and ripping meter and box off my house.
My neighbor ran a single power cord which I ran 1 small heat core for 12 days!!! Until power restored. This single heater kept my bedroom and hall warm enough to survive this crazy time!!! I use the 3 heaters since in every room to save on electrical bill. I love that they are also a fan with a cleanable filter!!! Safety feature works great!!!

Heatcore puts out an incredible amount of heat for such a small unit. An excellent safety feature causes it to shut off at even the slightest tilt. The timing is also a bonus.

I ordered the space heater and I had to wait on them due to high demand. Using the heaters was a good experience. They are efficient heaters and quickly warn up the room they are placed in. I would order this product again

I love my heatcore. Got one for my daughter and she also loves it. Heats my small sewing room and love that I can time it. It is safe and heats quickly. Would highly recommend it. No problems with billing and shipping.

These lil space heaters are amazing! They work so quickly and so efficiently. Just thrilled with my purchase of two of them for my place of business.

This is an amazingly efficient and easy -to- use machine. We have used it often and you can even switch it on and fall asleep.....it will switch itself off.!!
Excellent and efficient

Like the fact that it is portable and because it has a fan, you can immediately feel results. Can't say whether it is more efficient than larger room heaters, since we primarily use it for very isolated uses and not for long periods of time.

The company seems rather dishonest in representing the heaters, and the performance of the heaters is terrible. They are virtually useless. I won't do business with this company again. I gave three stars only because of my email communications with their customer service representative (Raven) who displayed courtesy throughout my interactions with her.

BEWARE, BEWARE! This company is a scam based on my recent experience. I ordered a HeatCore portable space heater on 2 Jan 2020 and have yet to receive it, but they charged my credit card. I have tried calling Customer Service and you are referred to sending an email. I have already sent at least 15 and all I get is lip service, be patient, we are working on it, we generated a ticket with urgent top priority, etc. As a last resort, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

This heater is a lifesaver! I work from home, and my office is in the basement. The furnace doesn't seem to keep up with the cold weather, so my feet and hands were always cold. I decided to buy this heater and it has made a huge difference! Now my feet and hands are warm, and I'm actually able to be productive in my office. This heater is also really portable, which is great if you need to move it from room to room.

I ordered on January 5th and still have not even gotten a tracking number. I have emailed about it at least 10 times get the same answer. They I get an email saying I hope you are enjoyed your heater. DON'T HAVE AN ORDER. I HAVE SAYED AT LEAST 6 OR 7 TIMES TO JUST CANCEL. CANCEL AND PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY CARD ACCOUNT. I AM SO DONE CANCEL CANCEL

I was looking for something small and easy to use in my office during winter. I find my feet and hands get cold while I'm working, but also didn't need something that would take up a lot of room since I don't have much space. The Blast Auxiliary is perfect as I can keep it under my desk, on my desk, wherever! It is super easy to use and looks really sleek. Super happy with the price compared to some of the more expensive versions.

My wife needed a small heater for her feet while working from home in winter and this Heatcore Portable Heater is up to the task, she loves this small but powerful heater. Well built, quiet and efficient. What I like most is the tip-over safety switch at the bottom, it automatically turns off when accidentally tilted. Highly recommended!
