Placed and order and it took two weeks to get the product. Used to get products within two days. Numerous errors in shipping over the past few months (receiving incorrect items, having to call to get the correct items, and having to ship products back = inconvenience. Website states items in stock when they are not. If that would have been accurate at time of order would have ordered from a different manufacturer in which they had stock.

It was great that I got our Office meds overnight without an enormous delay or charge. I'm still waiting for 2 on backorder, but I'm positive they'll be here very soon. I'm about to do another order today. I DEFINITELY recommend any practitioner to use them.

Items have been backordered for over 6 months and I have not received any correct information regarding the order. I was told the item would ship soon but that was 3 months ago and still no communication from the company. On the plus side the customer service is friendly and the wait on calls is not too long.

Our Sportsman Club had been donated a used unit that only needed pads, our order for pads went from a probable ship date to a possible date to unknown ship date over the next 7 to 8 months. We decided to order a new complete unit and that was when Fran Black got involved.
I don't know if it was coincidence or Fran's influence that got things moving but we got all we needed in less than a month. I give the overall experience 3 stars and Fran 5 for an average of 4.

I reached out to EMP on 5/4/23 received a response on 5/5/23 and needed to call in on 5/5/23 to provide payment information. I completed this on 5/5/23 and spoke to a very helpful person and let her know I needed the product as soon as possible. It was scheduled for delivery by 5/9/23 at the latest. I called 5/9/23 to inquire and was told my order was still on hold and no one knows why. I shared I needed the product ASAP and was told I would have it by 5/12/23 at the latest. I finally received the product 5/16/23. The people I spoke to were always friendly but the action behind the scenes did not match up to what I was told.

The description of what I ordered was something totally different then what was sent.

I ordered the incorrect item and it was easy to return.

The turn around was short and there were items in stick that I could not find anywhere else.
