I originally received an email from Mike sharing that he could help me find business/first class seats if I was in the market for them. His timing was perfect because I had just spent hours trying to find flights for multi leg flights to Tanzania. I shared my dates, destinations and within a matter of minutes he sent me some flight options. Emails so confusing, need different formate to present options on one page

I like dealing with Jeff Stein. He always gets me the flights with the best price. He also gets me the seats I want.

Jeff did a great job. He had a great demeanor, was patient, and worked hard to find me the best flight for the best price. He had some good recommendations like considering economy premium vs business class for a day flight from Budapest via London to Chicago . I really appreciated that.

Working with a professional on flights, rates and dates makes my travel arrangements easy. We are able to use points to reduce the fare. In the past I've needed help confirming information and my professional agent was right there with what I needed.

Shannon was very patient with me, listened to my concerns, and helped me work through a bit of complicated travel plan. Though the cost was quite high (due to the airlines, not Shannon) she managed to find the best possible route for me and my husband.

I hate to do this. I am also a small business owner she didn’t leave me any choice I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency today. I called looking for airfare to India and explained my travel dates. The agent asked if I was ready to purchase, and I said yes, if the price was reasonable.

She then asked me what budget I had in mind. I said around $3,000 to $3,500, depending on the itinerary and what they could offer.

Instead of explaining the available options, telling me the price range, or simply saying my budget was too low, she hung up on me without saying another word.

That is extremely unprofessional customer service. If my budget did not work for the tickets they sell, all she had to do was say so. Hanging up on a customer because of the amount they are willing to spend is rude and disrespectful.

I would not recommend this agency based on the way I was treated

Timely response to initial inquiry (online) and a meaningful dialogue as I set up tickets by phone. Any roadblocks encountered (difficult potential airline connections) were discussed and surmounted. Anyway, Dean's a nice guy and we've used him before with great success.

I've been working with Blake for several years, and he always works hard to get me the optimal route and price. Plus, he always has my back! I don't worry about a thing.

It appears that we were grossly overcharged, AA says the tickets cost $2329, and you charged us $3422. This is an overcharge of $1092.00. We are in our 80s, and this elderly abuse. WE will be contacting the proper authorities to correct this abuse.

They'll look for dicounted tickets to where you want to go and if available, will book them for you.

Mike patiently watched for a specific flight for months and remained in contact. Then explained the process clearly.
