I bought a washing machine which was delivered damaged which was taken away from delivery men and they took 3 days to deliver another one which meant 3 days without a washing machine with 3kids , shocking service.

Really lovely customer service from Anand. He went out of his way to help us.

I ordered my computer using Currys Business website. After 5 working days the item did not arrive. I contacted their customer service and Lorna responded and handled my case excellently. She investigated this matter and found out the incorrect tracking was used and thus the item was return to the supplier. Lorna then offered me a refund or a replacement. I choose a replacement and my request was actioned on the same day. Lorna even provided me the tracking number and notified me by email when the item was delivered. Lorna has demonstrated ownership in this matter and excellent customer service. I couldn't be more happier.

Things went wrong with my order. The delivery time was not clear BUT when I raised it with customer services it was resolved very well . When things go right it’s easy to give a good review it’s perhaps when things go wrong and are fixed that really makes a difference!

I bought a Hisense washing machine from Currys Business on 11 July 2026 for £404.34. Less than two weeks later, Currys reduced the identical model to £379.

I understood that I was outside their seven-day price-promise period, but I asked whether they would consider refunding the £25.34 difference as a goodwill gesture. I was told that their system would not allow any discretionary refund outside the seven-day window.

The staff were polite and explained the policy clearly, but I was disappointed that there was apparently no discretion at all, particularly for a business customer and for such a modest amount. The original purchase itself was straightforward, but the inflexible response has made me less likely to use Currys Business again.

Francesca was very helpful and even kept an eye on my order everyday without being asked too - she went above and beyond!

Due to an issue with my business account, I had to reset my password and contacted the Currys Business customer support team. I spoke with Lorna, who was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process.
She quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and resolved it without any hassle. Her excellent customer service made what could have been a frustrating experience very straightforward.

Outstanding customer service from Olivia at Currys Beckton branch

I had such a fantastic experience at Currys and it’s all thanks to Olivia. From the moment I walked into the store, she made me feel welcome and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.

She didn’t just recommend products. She explained the specifications clearly, helped me choose the appliances that best suited my needs and even gave me advice on what would work well with my décor. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Instead, she gave me genuine guidance, great value for my money and the confidence that I was making the right choices.

What really stood out was her patience, empathy and the amount of time and care she invested in helping me. She turned what could have been a stressful shopping experience into an enjoyable one.

Customer service like Olivia’s is rare and she is a real credit to Currys. I would happily go through the whole experience again because of how well she looked after me. In fact, I’d return to Currys just because I know I’d receive such excellent service from her.

Requested a return and got this organised within less than 24hours without any issues.
Very friendly.

Incorrectly ordered a product and wanted to cancel the order, which was out for delivery.
I contacted customer service to see if it was still possible to cancel and received a very prompt reply from Francesca who had immediately actioned my request and had the delivery re-routed back to the Curry's warehouse for return and credit.

We had a great experience for our school where we ordered a class set of laptops at a great price and they were delivered within 48hours.
We have used Currys before and they have always given us great service!

Natalie, was super supportive she was able to help me with a return and a refund.

You did what you said you would, recieved my order on the date, I required it for.

Slow service - needed the item quickly and it's been nearly a week since ordering and order has only just been received. The website chat wasn't helpful to business accounts; I got told i needed to call a number but when I'm at work, I don't have time to sit on hold.

Last 2 orders were supposed to take 2-3 days, I waited weeks for the products to arrive. first time it was in the warehouse and non was the wiser the second time, not even a courtesy call to advise that the items were delayed. I appreciate that these items are from a 3rd party supplier, but the supplier should NOT advertise the items as in stock and ready for dispatch if that is not the case. This causes a headache when you are relying on office consumables you can easily get from Amazon or eBay albeit a few pounds more. The delay in receiving the items do not justify the lower price. Never received a phone call with an update despite being promised.

Do not buy from Currys. I bought a TV that broke down after just 2 months. I called for a repair, but they ignored me and never called back. I had to chase them down just to book the repair appointment. After 1 week I received message from curry’s they could not fix the TV. They said will send an e-gift card within 24 hours so I could get a replacement. It has now been over 48 hours and I have received absolutely nothing.This has been a horrible experience of wasting both my money and my time. You constantly have to chase them to get basic service. Companies like this need to be heavily fined for treating paying customers this way. Avoid them at all cost

We purchased a mobile phone and the time to get it working was very tight.
Quentin provided excellent support and acted very quickly, so all was managed on time.

The phone package was also competitive price wise.

We can definitely recommend the Currys Business team.
