I received a call from this company claiming they could help improve my business’s positioning on Google. As a business owner, I asked some very basic and reasonable questions: How did they find my business? What is your website? What does your pricing look like? What other businesses have you worked with? And how would I contact you if I decided to move forward?

The more questions I asked, the more irritated the representative became.

When I asked for their website so I could independently verify the company, I was directed to what appeared to be a web page rather than a professional company website. I also noticed there was no clear payment link or other information that gave me confidence that this was a legitimate, established business.

When I continued asking questions and requested information about their previous clients and how I could contact the company directly, the representative became increasingly frustrated—and ultimately hung up on me.

As a business owner, I believe in doing my due diligence before giving anyone my money or business information. Legitimate companies should welcome reasonable questions and be able to provide verifiable information about their services, pricing, website, and business history.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you receive a call from this number, I strongly encourage you to do your own research and verify the company independently before providing any personal or business information or making any payment.

Trust your instincts. If they can't answer basic questions about their own business, that's a major red flag. 🚩

Just got an unsolicited call from these guys. They claimed to be part of Google and said they needed a processing fee to get my business verified.

Total scam, and the guys were rude on the phone too. Don't fall for it. It's free to do on Google.

Stay Away! They claim to be a registered company with Google. The "Senior Marketing" Person (Connor Quinn - if that's his real name) told me that Google sent them my information because my Google Business Profile was suspended. That's a lie. I took care of the GBP issue on my own and saved myself $500. They can't even guarantee that by taking your money they can fix the problem. Best of all, when I started asking questions, Connor got very upset, had some mean and sarcastic things to say, and ultimately hung up on me. What legitimate business would do that? You've been warned...if it feels too good to be true, it is. I couldn't be happier with myself for NOT giving Connor my credit card number over the phone.

Spam call my business everyday claiming to be Google. My Google Business Profile is verified, I check it everyday and reply to reviews. They say “one time fee” just to try and sell you more SEO services. Stay far away!

They got my business back on google “Nails By Ashley” and fixed my hours..only reason why they get 4 stars because they had to reschedule my appointment and had to pay a one time registration fee..kind of sucked but they got it done so I’m happy because i was struggling

I've worked at a call center before so i know the legitimacy of a real service and what's a spam call. Myself now being 26 taking on my father's business has helped open my eyes on the urge and need of marketing. Business Verified yes they do call a lot but at the end of the day they also provide the service they promise. I have been with them for almost a year and have seen increase in more customers. My dad was never big in marketing his business and always wanted to take the word of mouth route which is great but i knew this would get me to the next level especially with the technology that is used and the generation. Glad till this day that I finally answered the call. People can be so ignorant and just assume everyone trying to help them is a scam which is sad but also don't disregard the actually scams.
