Purchased 1 small item from their website which ended up being $103 after tax + shipping. It was a Friday so I expected to wait for the following weeek for them to ship but now it’s currently May 23rd, still no tracking number, package has not shipped, I’ve emailed their sales team twice and still no response. I’m very disappointed with their customer service and how they are holding me up from tuning my car over a simple transaction that I could’ve made elsewhere and probably already have it in hand by now. Would not recommend purchasing anything from them despite their vast inventory

BMS has a fairly reputable name in the motorsport industry, hence why I decided to purchase from them.

I bought a b58 gen1 air intake, turbo inlet and charge pipe.

I received it and my word was I flabbergasted. The inside of the turbo inlet and intake pipe was so uneven and badly welded. It had full of weld splatter and the neck rings attached to the piping did not sit flush and inside the pipe you could see gaps between the pipe and neck ring.

I can only imagine how bad and turbulent the airflow would be.

I will not be putting the turbo inlet on my car as it is that bad.

Update: they gave me a full refund and I kept the item. This let me get the pipe machined down.
