Our trip to the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento was perfect thanks to the outstanding job done by Barbara at Bumblemee and her land crew Raffaella and Daniella. The excursions were perfectly planned and coordinated leaving me and my travel companions to be stress free. The hotel Barbara picked for us in Sorrento (The Grand Riviera) was beautiful, actually, breathtaking! Bumblemee choose the best day trips: Capri, private driver to Positano and Amalfi, cooking class, Pompeii, and a winery. All of them were perfectly planned. It was a trip of a lifetime with 4 of my best friends. I can’t thank you enough for doing such a wonderful job.

What a wonderful trip Bumblemee and Barbara set up for our mini reunion in the Sorrento area. The Italian contingency, Raffaella and Daniela kept us informed, helped find a driver at last minute when part of group missed their connection and answered the questions we had quickly.
The drivers were professional (not sure how they drive on those roads!) and tour guides were informative. Overall, the trip was fabulous. Thank you Barbara, Raffaella and Daniela.

I just came back from my 2 week vacation in Italy.
My solo trip was amazing from beginning to end. I can’t say enough good things about Bumblemee!

She helped me organize my trip and took care all the transfers and all other minuscule things that made my vacation as memorable as it was.
I also want to say a big thank you to Raffaella and Daniela, my “personal assistants “ in the country.
They were with me 24/7, assisting me every step of the way, and if any questions arises they were quick to resolve them.

The attention to detail both in the planning and on the ground was exceptional

I just returned from the Italian vacation of my dreams, after waiting 4 long months of planning and anticipation. Nothing can ever be 100% perfect but this trip came as close to perfect as I have ever had.
Barbara listened to what I wanted and came up with an itinerary that worked so well for me. We tweaked it until the plan was what I wanted it to be and largely within my budget. And once I was there, I was grateful for the support system for minor issues/questions that came up.

It makes a huge difference booking through an agency that knows the place you plan to travel to and that is certainly what I found here. I absolutely would recommend anyone wanting to visit Italy, to book through Bumblemee. In fact, this trip was such a success, I hope to go to Italy again in the future.

Barbara was wonderful to work with and truly made our vacation everything we wanted. She is a very good listener and was extremely helpful in catering to our needs, likes and dislikes. Her willingness to provide options and recommendations and guidance throughout the entire process was highly appreciated and ultimately what made the trip so successful. The entire trip was excellent—from the hotels to the drivers and guides. Barbara really listened to what was important to us and the activities we enjoyed. When there was a train strike on our way to Sorrento, her team was ready with a solution right away, ensuring we didn't lose time or money. Even when we went to the wrong address for a guided tour, I messaged the team, and someone was available immediately to make sure we met up with the guide.
We visited all the main attractions in Florence and Rome and ended with an amazing, relaxing stay in Sorrento. There, we learned to make our own pizza in a fantastic, fun cooking class!

Our trip to Italy was amazing. Bumblemee organized the perfect itinerary for our visit from Milan
to Rome. From the hotels to transportation and tour guides, everything was well-organized and
professional.
Barbara was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited—Milan, Lake Como, Tuscany, and
Rome—and suggested what to see based on our preferences. She was never too pushy and
understood our needs, especially considering we had 2 teenagers to entertain!
The team assisted us throughout the entire trip, from the planning to the travel, answering all
our questions and giving us helpful information on what to do during our free time, where to eat,

We have just finished an amazing 10-day trip to Italy.

From the start, Barbara helped us plan the
most perfect itinerary. She was very responsive to all of our questions and did a fantastic job tapering and planning the trip to meet our needs.

They handled countless details and were readily accessible 24/7 for any hiccups.

They very clearly outline every detail for every day with times, directions, ticket confirmations, and the tickets to anything pre-booked.

Our trip had several tours booked but plenty of free time to explore, which was a perfect balance.

We love exploring, and they have a lot of suggestions for things to do. It can be overwhelming going to a place you have never been to, not knowing where to start.

They gave a lot of great recommendations of things to check out, which was really helpful.

The hotel selections were extremely well planned out, and positioned giving you access to a lot of the areas that you were visiting the itineraries as far as tours, exhibitions, museums was very well laid out.

The entire trip was very interesting and met all my expectations and more.

I would definitely use Bumblemee again for planning a trip to Italy!

We just came back from a fantastic trip to Italy, and I have to say, Bumblemee knocked it out of the park! My wife Mary, our two kids, and I spent a couple of weeks exploring Venice and Rome in the Summer of 2024, and everything was just perfect.

Bumblemee really took care of everything, but without making it feel overly planned – if that makes sense? We got to enjoy those once-in-a-lifetime experiences, like gondola rides in Venice and seeing the Colosseum up close, while also having time to wander around and soak in the vibe of each city. It didn’t feel rushed or overdone, just the right balance.

The accommodations were top-notch, and the guides they arranged were awesome – super knowledgeable but also really fun with the kids, which is a win for any parent!

Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable trip that we’ll be talking about for years. Thanks, Bumblemee, for making it all happen! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a personalized, hand-crafted and high-quality travel experience.
