I would recommend anyone buying online with a credit card to check your bank statements. A woman purporting to be "Mary" charged my card 4 times for a single box set purchase, and shipped 2 of this item, one that I obviously did not authorize. . It took two weeks and numerous phone that she did not return for her to correct it, and she still would not take responsibility of it or to apologize. Instead, solely for this error that could have been credit card fraud, she denied that it happened and retaliated against me by closing my account. Again, I was not the one committing possible fraud. Snowflake Mary did like hearing of my complaint and their repeated refusal to look into it and respond.
I contacted the owner by email about this and he ignored my complaint, which means he approved and condoned of her conduct and the overcharge,

If you don't like being overcharged and the hubris of the employee who will not take responsibility, pick another company to buy your music and movies from.

Also see similar problem by another poster, and amazingly, they find no fault with their own bad conduct, It is the customer's fault,

I had to jump on here and say for me bullmoose.com came through like a champion. I had pre-ordered a limited edition blu ray 2 months prior to its release date on Amazon, but when time came for shipping, Amazon canceled my order and just said sorry were out of stock. I scowerd the internet trying to find it but low and behold the scalpers had bout them all up and jacked up the price %200. After searching I came across bullmoose.com by deep search and it said they had it, never heard of the site but checked it's credibility and found reviews here. I gave it a shot and they processed my order the same day and shipped it the following morning. We'll I just received it today and it was actually shocked, they packaged it really well and it came in new perfect condition. I can't tell you how happy I am and greatful for them. They even had it at a very fair price for what it is. I can vouch and say they are a legit site and will send the products if they have them or can get them.

Had preordered an autographed cd. When it came time for the cd to be released, the company emailed me to say my order had been cancelled. 😞 No cd for me and now everyone is selling it for 3x what its worth!

This is a great place to buy music and movies. They have a great selection and have used items as well. Great staff, fun atmosphere, fair prices too. Leans toward alternative music but has all kinds too.

Bull Moose is a regional (northern New England) chain of independent record/book stores. I have been a long time customer both in person and through their website. They are a wonderful company that provides great products and customer service. If you reach out for assistance you will hear back from live people who work at the physical store locations and everybody is always friendly and helpful. Free shipping for online orders over $35 dollars and if anything is damaged in transit they will replace it. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been doing business with Bullmoose for a few years now and I am always impressed how consistently great their products and service are. Friendly folks and have never had a bad experience.
