We understand that price changes can be frustrating. Our pricing reflects current market conditions, supplier costs, and operational expenses, all of which have increased significantly. We regularly review our pricing to remain competitive while continuing to offer the same quality and service our customers expect.
Regarding shipping, we previously absorbed these costs during certain periods. However, due to rising carrier charges, we have had to introduce a shipping fee to ensure we can continue operating sustainably rather than increasing product prices further across the board.
This decision was not made lightly, and it certainly isn’t about greed. It’s about maintaining quality, security, and reliable service in a changing cost environment.

Long wait and Courier let down
For product I was certain was in stock when I ordered, took a long time for the items to be dispatched. Your chosen courier delivered a day late, and didn't request signature as your stated they would need.

The product came exactly as ordered, there was a slight delay due to the high demand but this was communicated and I was constantly updated which put me a ease. I would do business with this company again and would have no problem giving my recommendation to anyone who would consider purchasing from them.

The order took ages,bullion.ie does not mean the product is in Ireland.
Also I signed up for the tracking information and it never updated to let me know it had been delivered. I stayed at home all day on the day I was told it would be delivered, and it wasn't delivered it was dropped off at the locL shop the day after

Have bought some items off them in the past.
I think they are very keen to keep good customer relations.
I was not happy with identification process so have not done business with them for a while.
I would rate them as a fair company and unlike similar companys their prices have no hidden costs.
I would say if you know what you are buying deal with them ,and they nearly always work out the cheapest.
