I am writing this review to warn other European customers about my experience with Bullet24.pro.
Despite their website clearly stating that prices include VAT, I was contacted by PostNord and informed that additional import taxes had to be paid before my parcel could be released. This was extremely confusing, as no prior notice was given about any such charges during checkout or in subsequent correspondence.
Upon contacting PostNord, I was informed that the sender had not submitted the correct IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) documentation, which is required when VAT has supposedly been prepaid for EU shipments. In other words, even though Bullet24.pro charged me for VAT, they failed to provide the necessary proof that it had been paid — effectively leaving me to pay it a second time.
When I reached out to the company, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering to resolve it properly, I received condescending and dismissive replies, including an implication that I was “complicating things that are simple and obvious.” This kind of response is not what I expect from a professional or honest seller.
Their “solution” was to have me return the unopened package at my own cost, with a partial refund only after they received it. This, in my view, is unacceptable customer service and a clear attempt to shift their own mistake and costs onto the buyer.
To anyone considering ordering from this website:

⚠️ Verify where they are shipping from (Switzerland, not the EU) and be aware that you may end up paying unexpected import taxes — even if the site claims otherwise.
I feel misled and effectively scammed, as I paid for VAT that was never properly declared or transmitted, resulting in double taxation. This experience has cost me both time and money, and I would not recommend Bullet24.pro to anyone
