I waited 3 weeks
Did not get what I ordered.
My order replaced with different order and (product wraps) dry rot. Also sent samples, everything except my order. Was given 3 delivery dates. Disappointed.

It should not take 15-16 days to deliver a package priority mail that is to be delivered in 3 days to USPS this is definitely a shipping order problem at the factory and should be look into.

I have no problem with your company but I order 300 Hav-A-Tampa cigars at a time for many years
One of the last batches at least 50% of them leak where the tobacco meets the wood tip. I have have to wrap tape around the cigar joint just to be able to smoke it
Please let them know that they have to improve their quality control!

Prices are fair
Prices are fair. Merchandize is excellent. But it takes them forever to ship. Usdually 10 days before it goes out the door. Yes, I should be ordering earlier. I know. I I have bee looking at other sites and om my next order I'm going to try one of them and see how they ship.
