I've had a new knew and it isn't as good as the surgeon said it would be! After three and a half years of struggling with it, it became obvious that I either give up golf ( and I have been playing since I was 13 years old) or I buy a one man golf buggy and see how it goes. Do not look any further than Bugg-Ease because you will be wasting your time. They are efficient, helpful and the price is lower than most. I did my first 18 holes yesterday on a hilly course and used one bar of power and very little personal energy. I am 77 years old and will now be able to play into my eighties with this very smart machine

I purchased a reconditioned Bugg ease delivered on 16 th May and couldn't be happier. I haven't played 36 yet but 27 on an up and down course was easily handled. Communications were as good as everyone says. It's easy in and out the car I remove seat and battery drop handle bars down and push up the ramps. My golf also seems to have improved long may that last. Would thoroughly recommend this buggy and the business that they operate.

A visit to Jon at Bugg-Ease sorted things. Test drove both styles. Went for the steering wheel one. Took it home in back of the car due to it being able to separate into sections. Easy to reassemble. Great battery.
A mile drive to club. 18 holes on hillyish course. Drive back. 50% battery still left.
Lovely to drive. Stable and comfy. No problem on any hills.

We purchased a buggy from Jon at Bugg-ease a few weeks back and decided to wait until the weather allowed it to be tried out before putting a review up. The customer service we received prior to even purchasing the buggy was excellent. I made a number of phone calls and was never made to feel I was wasting their time. First time out this morning and the buggy performed fantastic I played 9 holes and felt like I could have kept going. Previously I struggled to play five or six holes due to a very painful ankle at most and felt like I had played a full round. Thank you Jon you have allowed me to continue to play the game I love

Purchased a buggy in September last year. Unfortunately due to the wet weather my golf course has basically been closed to buggies from October to now which means I have not been able to try out my buggy. As I was worried about my warranty time I have lost.But after calling the company I was assured that they will extend my warranty so I don’t lose any cover.

Good old-fashioned customer service is what Bugg-Ease is all about . . . . . and what a lesson to be learned from them! As owners of a small business needing the help of many kinds of service providers, on a daily basis, we wanted to especially laud the service we have received from Bugg-Ease, especially Matt. Exceptional product aside ( a terrific golf cart that husband's mates are now all saving up to buy, too), the efforts Matt extended to provide a bit of touch up paint to cover a self-induced scratch on the paintwork are a shining example of how to provide good customer service. I suppose the excellence of production and exemplary service are both a product of an over-arching culture of highest standards that involves attention to each and every detail. Thank you!

I purchased a Bugg Ease on the 4th of January 2024, I found my experience in dealing with the two representatives to be so extremely informative, helpful coupled with a wonderful personal touch. My course in Kilmarnock is a undulating course with their very stiff slopes, the buggy took these with ease and comfort and I felt safe at all times. It is three years since I played golf due to two extremely bad hips ( two operations on on and severe arthritis in the other) to date I have played four 18 holes, it would have been more but adverse weather conditions closed the course. The latter was played in minus four temperature and the buggy sailed through it. It has also gave me a lifeline to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the company of other golfers. They sent me a remote control free of charge when my back was bad for loading- again, next day.

I had questions at the start, being the only person wirh a single seat buggy at my club- they always answered the phone and clearly have a passion for golfers.

They offer an 'at home' Warranty, which seems rare in any business not least in their market.

Picked up my golf buggy having ordered it a few days ago. I had previously seen one at my golf club and was impressed with it as are others.
Met up with Matt in Bradford and was so impressed with the set up and Matt. Explained everything I needed to know and also gave a demonstration.
Used the buggy today and never felt so good coming off the course for weeks, no aches or pains.
10 out of 10 for the buggy and 10 out of 10 for Matt -- top man.

Due to health issues, and to continue playing golf, I’ve been researching one person golf buggies. I’ve spent the last couple of months searching for the most reliable and effective buggy, and have spoken to five retailers of different brands. There’s a company called Bugg-ease, based in Bradford. I’m not sure really where to start! The customer service is outstanding (just as rare as a Hole in One!). I’ve been dealing with Jon, one of the proprietors. He spent time explaining the buggy’s specs. As I have a bad back, I was concerned about how to get the buggy in and out of a Range Rover with a high tailgate. Jon kindly offered to give me a demo at my house in Sheffield (first major plus). Last week he brought down the buggy I wanted. As he was delayed on the motorway, we only had 20 minutes for the demo as I had to go out for dinner. Just enough time to show me how to get the buggy in and out of the car.

I told Jon that I didn’t have time to commit to £2200+. Amazingly, Jon said to keep the brand new buggy and play a couple of rounds to see how I got on with it. No deposit was requested, just trust (second amazing thing). Whilst I was born in Sheffield, I only returned in December from Kent. I would suspect that 99.99% of other buggy retailers would request full payment.
I did say that I didn’t feel comfortable trying out a brand new buggy with no guarantee that I’ll buy it, but he said not to worry about. I played golf and used the buggy the next morning.
I did struggle with the steering but coped ok. Getting the buggy in and out of my car proved tough, as the tailgate on the Range Rover is high. I called Jon to let him know. He said we would come down and drop off a different steering bar and a remote control, to make it easy to get it in and out of the car (third amazing thing).

True to his word, Jon came down with a brand new buggy but with T bar steering. He spent 30 mins with me, giving me the chance to try out the different steering. All was fine. In a few minutes, Jon showed me how to get the buggy in and out of the car with ease.

Again, Jon said “give it a try and let me know how you get on”. No deposit or money was requested (fourth amazing thing). That was last Wednesday August 30th and I’m playing tomorrow with the buggy.

I have worked all over the world and have bought and sold many things. From, houses to cars and companies to golf clubs. In my 58 years, I have never experienced such excellent customer service, as provided by Jon at Bugg-ease.

This is only the second ever review I’ve written and was compelled to write this one.

It really wasn’t amount the money, it was about the lengths he would go to, to ensure the customer gets the right and most appropriate product.

The buggy is great. It looks cool in Graphite Grey, comfortable and coped admirably with the hills on Sheffields golf courses, with 55% of power left at the end of the round.

If you need an electric one person golf buggy, look no further. I’ve done the research and experienced the product. Save yourself some time and give Jon a call at Bugg-ease. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
