I live in the States but my niece lives in London. While looking for unique birthday ideas, I found Bubblegum Balloons. Setting up the delivery was easy, plus they have an awesome selection. The balloon I chose was even bigger in person & was beautifully customized. I recommend this company & would use them again in the future.

I've been buying balloons from Bubblegum for at least 4 year now. They have the best designs, good price for their quality and always deliver on time. Over all a very happy customer

Lovely balloon - a bit pricey but you definitely pay for quality. It’s still fully inflated 2 weeks after my dad’s birthday. Thanks bubblegumballoons, we will definitely be purchasing from you in the future x

Wow wow!!! What an amazing service! I ordered a few balloons for my daughter's birthday (4 weeks before the party) I sent an email making sure they will deliver on time and the customer service was brilliant. Lorraine was making sure the balloons were deliver asap, she asked me to let her know once has I have the balloons. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much!!! Btw, the balloons are soooo beautiful I will ordered again for my son's next birthday. Ingrid x

Great balloons and very personable customer service. Any issues were dealt with promptly and with ease.

I've used Bubblegum Balloons for a number of different occasions and they always delivery really great quality balloons on time for a good price. I would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.

Balloons were delivered on time and looked fantastic!!! Very impressive and very good looking work!!! My first oder for welcome my baby boy home and secod for my birthday) They all looked great!!!

Great - perfect quality of product, delivery and certainly the surprise element for the gift!

Damaged box and a deflated helium balloon for my friends 50th birthday.....not what you expect.
Another one being sent from Bubblegum, no hint of any type of refund or offer.

The balloons were delivered on time and looked great! I chose Bubblegum because the choice of bundles was vast and they could deliver within the next few days - other sites I tried could not. The customer service I received was top notch too! I will be using Bubblegum balloons again!

We have recently ordered a set of balloons which were very good in terms of quality. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery as it was not delivered to my doors and just left in the post room which is very lazy and detracts from an otherwise positive experience of balloons provided.

I ordered balloons for a specified date and specified delivery time. Balloons not delivered and customer service was supposed to get back to me but 36 hours later, still no response even though I have sent a couple of follow up emails.

Brilliant hassle free professional service from start to finish- birthday balloon huge success - highly recommend as I will def be using again- many thanks AAA++++

The quality of the balloons is very very good. The ordering and delivery service was outstanding. This is a very reliable company and we would recommend them.

I ordered balloons for my son’s birthday and one arrived damaged in transit. Bubblegum were very apologetic and swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately in time for the party. V impressed, would order again.

Great customer service throughout and effective delivery!! I got in touch with Bubblegum Balloons in order to celebrate a special occasion and were great throughout! Would highly recommend! I have now used them a couple of times already and will surely being going back! Many Thanks

Amazing customer service! A balloon delivery for my son's 13th birthday was ruined by DPD (who failed to collect from BBgum). Fortunately I'd left a couple of days for wriggle room, and BBgum have just arranged for a replacement delivery via their own driver tomorrow so that I have the balloons in time for my son's birthday. I am so impressed, and so grateful! You don't often see customer service like that these days... thank you!

Fantastic service. Great communication. Balloons arrived and were as described. Thank you ☺️

One word - AMAZING!
I have used Bubblegum balloons for two big birthdays now and both times the customer service, choice, quality of product and delivery have been superb.

Most recently, after a payment error on my part where my order did not go through, the wonderful Lorraine and Richard worked miracles to ensure my daughter didn't miss out on her 16th surprise after a desperate call from me! Lorraine couldn't have been more helpful and Richard promptly delivered with a lovely smile and birthday wishes.

Follow up communications have also been great.

If you want a friendly, reliable company to help make your celebration a success - then look no further.
