Balloons deflated, missing and late
Unfortunately, the balloons arrived late and part of the order was missing. The balloon that arrived was deflated because it stayed with the courier (DPD) too long. The company sent new balloons two days later than the required arrival date, but with balloons arriving after a birthday (and for the price of the service), unfortunately this is not good enough. I would not recommend this company.

Thank you for your review. I can see there was an unfortunate delay with DPD which meant you order arrived a day later than expected. You notified us of the quality of the balloons once they arrived and customer services offered you a replacement for delivery the next available day with our in house courier at no additional charge which you agreed to. We are sorry you felt the service was not up to standard but we hope the balloons were still enjoyed 🎈

Definitely recommend
Definitely recommend. I love helium balloons and have used BB many times now. Always receive the balloons I’ve ordered, nothing swapped out because of stock issues. The balloons are extremely stylish and well put together. Only once did I have a balloon that was deflateing and the customer service was exceptional, I called disappointed for a possible discount but instead they kindly replaced the main balloon in time for father's day celebrations. Very happy with their service.

Great every time!!
I buy Bubblegum balloons every couple of months for my 13 month old granddaughter as she lives away. The joy on her face when she sees them and loves playing. The giraffe she has now is bigger than she is!
Also great customer service as I contacted them for a list of my past orders to her as I'd forgotten! Yes they are pricey but well worth it.

The best customer service
I bought 2 balloons for my birthday trip away. They arrived on the 3rd all fine, but when we opened them again on the 4th - the ladybug was significantly deflated. I got back in touch with bubblegum to see if there was anything they could do. I'm aware that this problem was slightly out of their control, but they were SO kind about it. A replacement was delivered the following day in time for my actual birthday which was on the Monday. Happy to report both balloons are still going strong a week later! I always use this company for birthday balloons as the quality is exceptional and all the staff I've come in contact with are genuinely caring. Will continue to use them in the future.

I was really happy with the service and the quality of balloons. My daughter loved playing with them too.

Website is not very clear on items and add-ons (feels like buying DLC for games).
