My daughter preordered the Harry Styles Harry's House Box CD Set 1 - UK on 15st of April. She received an email on 18th of May saying that the order has been shipped and would have been delivered within 3-8 days. No tracking in email. nothing received yet. Tried to call the customer service (where they claim someone would get in touch within 24 hours. I have heard nothing after 60 days!

BSI provides good information and strong oversight of certifications but the fees have just spiralled beyond reason. You will pay a surveillance fee, a certification fee, an audit fee, a multi user license fee and a membership fee. The invoices just keep coming. I fear they've got various industries over a barrel and they know it.

Awful place. Vast majority of senior staff are very odd and pretty nasty. It seems to come from the top with their HR team supporting a culture of bullying and harassment. NDAs and payouts to avoid industrial tribunal cases is common practice. The last count is 5 employees, which I know about who were paid off and forced to sign a gagging order! Interesting to know what the real figure is.

Recently went on a training course, during the course they talked about the exam at the end a lot. They gave various exam questions and answers, on numerous occasions the tutor said he disagreed with the answer given or the marks given. For most of the questions the people on the course interpreted the question in different ways. There was a lot of language used that was open to interpretation. Then I spent 2 hours of my time doing this exam, which I found rather easy, but rather ambiguous (like much of the course). They then had the cheek to say I had failed the exam would I like to spend a load of money on a resit! Basically whether you failed or pass was whether you happened to use the language the examiner liked on vague ambiguous questions. I can't say I learned anything useful from the course which focused on the (can you use your crystal ball to guess what words the examiner likes today) exam rather than what would be helpful in the real world, I reccommend people just Google what they want to learn rather than go to BSI, much more effective. What a waste of money and time. A course I had already done on a similar subject was much better.

We are in the car repair industry . BSI is now a money orientated organisation to increase their coffers. Their Assessors are awful (well not all ) who are power crazesd. The appeal process is a joke . Prices are high compared to CARSQA or RMI.

Not only are the standards hideously expensive, but they've put DRM on their PDFs now too. BSI is dead to me.

BSI Bookstore sells copies of standard documents which, once upon a time, were trusted to tell you want you needed to know. Since being spun off from government, they have become something of joke. They sell you expensive documents, such as ISO 55000 for £150, which, in essence tells you almost nothing other than to invest another £150 in ISO 55001. This, in turn, is almost useless until you invest another £150 in ISO 55002. Did you think that pyramid selling was illegal? No, it's just changed its way of working.

BSI went from being a respected public sector organisation by order of a Royal Charter to being an unscrupulous "accreditation body" that would lie and sell to anyone no matter how big or small or relevant living off their former legacy. We have a company comprising of two people and don't store data about anyone and everything we do is securely stored on the Cloud to industry regulations and yet BSI thought it appropriate to try to sell to us their certifications which were completely irrelevant. What a nasty bunch of immoral vultures preying on the weak.

So in the UK we have to follow set legislation fine but then you charge £250 for a copy of the legislation. In essence, you are more interested in taking money than you are of regulating and providing a safe scheme.

If anything ever happens my defence would be apologies we followed the regulations to the best we could find however due to the greed of BSI group we are unable to confirm if we missed something.
