I was told the delivery date when I put…
I was told the delivery date when I put my order in and almost a year later I receive my base on the set date which was very nice good strong colony with lots of love and some honey in them and very minor bees. Thank you for your excellent service.

We did just want to ask, if you don’t mind, what led to the 3-star rating on this occasion? From your comments it sounds like everything has gone as expected so far, so we’d really value understanding if there’s anything we could have done better.
We completely understand that you’re waiting to see how the queen performs over the next few weeks, which is of course the most important part. That said, reviews left before that stage can sometimes come across as negative on our profile, as anything under 4 stars is classed that way on Trustpilot, and many customers understandably don’t come back to update them later.
