No issues with BS fixings as ordering…
No issues with BS fixings as ordering on line was a breeze but courier let them down. When I informed them the delivery was late (paid for next day pre noon) I was given an apology and the delivery charge refunded. Great customer service. Will use again.

A fast and efficient service . I was desperate for the bird spikes to put in windowsills due to crow damage . The sell extra wide ones and they are perfect .

We’d like to reassure you that the product you received is a genuine Reelfix item. Reelfix recently updated the design of their Knips Holder (Frog) by removing the branded bar after receiving feedback from steel fixers that it could catch on the Knippex 'nips'.
Since the bar didn’t serve a functional purpose and was often removed manually, Reelfix chose to leave it out of the design to improve usability.
Aside from this change, the product remains exactly the same in terms of quality and performance — in fact, it now functions even better without the risk of snagging.
To avoid confusion, we did update the product image on our website to reflect this new design without the logo printed on it.
