No discount
I ordered a large order and after it shipped I got notice of a 10% discount. I called and was told that they couldn't honor this discount. I have used Brushy Mountain for a large part of my bee equipment requirements and I really disagreed with the lack of customer service. Last two orders have taken over a week to even ship. Products are great. You get what you order. They come well packaged. The pricing is a bit high, but you need to place the order before you need the product or you will be disappointed.

Everyone is great to work with. The only exception is the guy in Oregon. He is very slow and not very customer oriented. If he answers the phone, I hang up and call back to speak to someone else.
