Brusby Surveyors Ltd Bewertungen

From the first phone call Alistair was honest & reliable. He said he was busy but said he would do the job.... surprisingly very quickly in the end. Did a full report & talked me through his findings, explaining it to me. I would 100% recommend his work, honesty & reliability. Thank you for your help.

High quality level of survey with a detailed yet easy to read and understand report after it.

Alistair provided a detailed Level 3 RICS report on our property, which was incredibly thorough. We had concerns following some work done by a building firm at our home, and Alistair was able to clearly identify the issues, explain the errors made, and advise us on how to put them right. His knowledge and professional approach were faultless. I’ll definitely use his services again when needed.

Excellent service- Alistair found a fault I was totally unaware of and saved me a lot of money further down the line.

Professional helpful, no hesitation in recommending.

Alistair was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I needed help with a property in Hull. He is clearly an 'expert' in his field and having struggled to get the right help elsewhere, he immediately knew what I was asking and helped quickly.

This is the second time I have used Brusby Surveyors. Alistair's report was thorough and informative. I found him easy to talk to and I trust his advice. A great job!

Thanks for an accurate, & prompt reporting. This, and the personable service, would make us feel comfortable to refer & recommend Brusby Surveyors Ltd to others.

Very professional and approachable. Very clear and precise report and very well presented. Highly recommended!

Alistair was very professional and thorough.
We needed a quick turnaround after requesting the survey due to the nature of the house purchase which Alistair managed to fit in.
Following the survey we had a short call where Alistair advised of his initial findings ahead of the report being published which was delivered within the promised time scale.
His advice and knowledge has been greatly received and we wouldn't hesitate to use Brusby again

Highly recommend!!!
Alistair has helped us with a problem that has been ongoing for years (subsidence to my property due to tree roots) he has carried out a full comprehensive survey which has included everything I need and more. His professionalism, understanding and knowledge in his field are undoubtedly the best I have ever encountered.
His 30+ page report on the issue has made it perfectly clear what has to be done to resolve my issue.
Well done to Brusby’s! And I wouldn’t ever consider using anyone else.

Reassurance. Approachable.

Great communication

Used Alistair multiple times and cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s very thorough, professional, clear in his finding. Explains everything in a way you understand so can make clear choices from and above everything else you feel secured in the final decision you make.

Alistair called me after the survey to provide a summary of the findings, which I really appreciated. The comprehensive report was incredibly detailed and well-structured, with extensive photographic documentation that made the insights clear and easy to understand. A highly professional and thorough service.

Very thorough inspection and report. Alistair has been most professional and helpful to deal with. We would highly recommend and would engage him for any future requirements.
