I started my Course with Brooks and Kirks during mid pregnancy. There were times that I thought I may never complete my course. The Brooks and Kirks Assessors and support staff were so encouraging and helpful!
The best thing for me was that I didn't have the pressure to meet a deadline!

I have just completed the Lead IQA award following completion of the CAVA and AET previously.
I cannot fault Brooks and Kirk, the support, ease of use and depth of content and knowledge within the course are unprecedented.
The skill set I have gained within adult education has increased my qualifications and improved my opportunities economically within my sector. I recommend Brooks and Kirk fully.

What I liked about the L3 Award in EPA (End Point Assessing) course is that the course material s(videos and scenarios were relatable and comprehensive enough to learn and obtain the relevant knowledge and information to help me learn the basics about end point assessing.

Where my learner style is more on the visual and kinaesthetic side, the videos and the practical activities where I had to grade 2 apprentices were great. This certainly helped me to get a little practice in.

I do feel that since I had just completed my L3 CAVA (Assessors) qualification there was no time like the present to complete the L3 Award in EPA -End Point Assessing. For those who wish to assess apprenticeships in the endpoint assessing stage, in my personal opinion, it makes more sense to complete the L3 assessing qualification first and then move onto the Award in EPA should you choose to. This is because, as an assessor you'll understand the distinct difference in roles between an EPA Assessor and that of an NVQ Assessor.

What I also liked about the course, is that I did not have to go outside of the course to find relevant resources as all the learning materials are provided for you.

The information/content was clear and easy to follow.

The content was extremely informative and I enjoyed doing the practical EPAs as this gave clarity and further understanding in practical terms. This practice allowed me to analyse my own strengths and weaknesses going forward in my learning, and ability to do the role of an EPA in real time.

The delivery and structure of content was spot on and both tutors were professional in manner.
The end of lesson/module questions were both relevant and extremely helpful in terms of preparation for the end of course CPD test.

I really appreciated the flexibility of the course as I was able to compete the course in relation to my own commitments. Content could be accessed and revisited at any time which was really beneficial.

CAVA completed! The course was great and support is excellent! I wanted to complete the CAVA as quickly as possible which is what makes Brooks & Kirk the best option, as working at my own pace meant I achieved it in 3 months and they even provided the learners! When I was looking into enrolling into the CAVA assessor qualification I had a look at several companies that provide the training and qualifications for the CAVA. I contacted Brooks and Kirk and I was so pleased that I did.
From the enrollment right the way through the course the entire team have been so supportive. I have had regular contact to ensure that I was making progress, the course materials were easy to understand and access on the Brooks and Kirk website. The online tutorials were very helpful and informative. I was able to study around my work and personal commitments and nothing was too much trouble for the tutors and Assessors. I had to resubmit some work and the feedback I received was very positive and clearly highlighted the areas where I needed to amend or add more information. I had the privilege of meeting the Brooks and Kirk team in person at their London office and I was made to feel so welcome. All the staff were excellent, friendly, professional efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I am looking to complete my level 5 diploma in management and leadership in health and social care as part of my career development. Once I have completed this course I will be looking to complete the IQA course and I will be contacting Brooks and Kirk to complete this. If anyone is looking to pursue a career in assessing then pick up the phone and contact Brooks and Kirk. I cannot speak highly enough and I highly recommend them as a company. I recently completed my CAVA with Brooks & Kirk. The course was great I was able to complete it at my own pace and around my day job. The staff are great and friendly and always on hand to help if you need it. I’m looking forward to enrolling on the IQA course next.

I've completed a number of courses with Brooks and Kirk, so much so I've met the whole team! I can't recommend them enough as a provider. Whether it's support via email or on the phone. During my lead IQA course Laura was exceptional in support. I also love how I could complete modules at my own pace. My colleagues completed IQA with another provider and they all wish they studied with Brooks and Kirk after they saw the quality of the materials and support.

Fantastic company they really put the extra effort in to make you comfortable. I was apprehensive as it was complelt new but I soon settled due to the amazing support I received. You can go at your own pace which was perfect for me. The feedback is supportive and extremely helpful. If you want an assessor course or an education and training. I can't rate them any higher.

Doing a qualification with Brooks and Kirk has been a very positive experience; they always communicated clearly, and they offered support at every step of the way. Their virtual learning environment worked well; the in-person session was well organised, well paced, and extremely useful.

Brooks & Kirk can provide learners so you can complete a CAVA qualification, without having to be in an assessing role beforehand. Everyone was very supportive, super friendly and professional. I enjoyed my trip to the office to complete my face to face training, I was nervous but they all put me at ease immediately.
