Never received order
I ordered a medication on June 23. It is July 14 and it hasn't been shipped yet. I called support 3 times and have gotten no response. Is this company legitimate?

My experience with Brond was 10/10
My experience with Brond was 10/10. Really simple to sign up and get started, simple health questionnaire, everything was communicated clearly, fast & efficient shipping (product came in its own cooler to stay at proper temperature)
I typically struggle with fatigue during the winter months. It’s harder for me to put in a full day of work, get to the gym, and stay on top of every day life challenges. I decided to give the NAD+ spray a try after doing some research on the product. I found that the nasal spray was much more effective than any oral supplements. This was my first time trying NAD+ my goal was to eliminate the need for the afternoon nap/caffeine burnout that drags me down.
This nasal spray exceeded my expectations. I noticed the results within the first few days. It’s super easy to take and I like keeping the bottle in the fridge so I always remember to take it. The first thing I noticed was the absence of mental fatigue that I was used to after a long day of work. I felt more focus and less fatigue. I took it first thing in the morning and my second dose was in the afternoon when I typically reach for caffeine. I also noticed awesome results at the gym, my workouts were more focused, less caffeine fueled, & more motivated than ever.
I am one month in to my journey with NAD+ and can’t wait for my next bottle. S/O to the team at Brond for an incredible product & support!
