Broadway Bus Rental - The Wedding Bus!
We rented our bus through Broadway and the experience was outstanding. We rented the bus to transport to transport our guests to our son's wedding venue an hour away from hotels. Not an easy destination to get to and the experience was perfect.
From our first contact with them to schedule to the last guest off the bus it was outstanding.

Driver was 30 minutes late and did not communicate. I had do damage control immediately before my wedding and it stressed me out. Also the driver turned away 3 of my guests dispute there being room. They ended up missing my wedding.I would not use this service again.

The preview pictures that i received didn't match the van that showed up. The driver was friendly and efficient and the trip went seamlessly, however, i feel like the van itself didn't meet the requirements.

Broadway Bus provided wonderful transportation for our wedding
From the start the folks at Broadway Bus were helpful, courteous and experienced. They helped us choose the right service for our wedding and accommodated us when we needed to change something.
On the day of, our driver showed up early and stayed late and made sure all of our guests made it back to the hotel. Great service!

Customer Service was very good, I always got a response back quick every time I had a question. When there was a confusion, everything got worked out and very apologetic for the issue. I would definitely book again and will recommend to anyone who needs bussing.
