Excellent customer service and when meds are promised they arrive either early or on time!

I placed an order with this company several weeks ago. The next day I received notice that it had been cancelled. No reason given. I did some research on the company after and saw some very negative things especially about credit card issues. Let me make this clear. The card I used for my order has not been used on ANYTHING else in over 3 years. This order was the ONLY thing I have charged on it in that time. Two days ago I got notice of fraud charges of almost $3000 on my card. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Again, the order to this company is the ONLY thing I have put on that card for three years.

This is a substandard company that neither follows thru on product ordering by mismanaging their product inventory, processes your order, yet sends out emails that state your order is cancelled without providing a reasonable, logical nor logistical explanation. Furthermore, their billing system is corrupt and they have no customer service assistance whatsoever. AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered, hard to find product,. They processed my order, no confirmation email and when looking at order status it says “on hold”. For what? Sent email asking for reason and their response “…payment gateway issue”. Total scam. Avoid. Reporting the site.

Credit card fraud!! Made a purchase on 5/13. After 3 1/2 weeks, two charges for almost $1,000 made with my credit card account for what appears to be furniture (wayfair.com and homary.com). Do watch your credit card charges or cancel your card before fraudulent purchases are made with your card if you’ve attempted to purchase from this site.

This has been one of my worst experiences with an online purchase. My order was canceled due to a technical issue and I was promised by customer service that things would get resolved in 24 hours and my order would be processed again. I placed my order on May 23rd. It's June 5th and until today I keep on getting the same answer with no real solution. I've called their support number to only get a busy signal every single time. The online chat with support seems like a bot that delivers the same short answer over and over again. Many thumbs down!

Beware. Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. No confirmation email was my first red flag. Never received item ordered and now they have my credit card.

I would definitely rate below a zero if I could. I placed my order and it was immediately put on hold and stayed that way for several days. I got a funny feeling that I might be dealing with a scam website. After having that thought, I immediately went to the bank and closed the account I used for my purchase. Although no money had been taken out of my account, I was worried they would use my card at a later date and steal my money. Not on my watch though!!!

Placed my order and paid with credit card, then got email saying they were waiting for payment confirmation from bank. Two days later another email saying order was canceled without explanation. Their phone is busy 24/7… off the hook. Horrible experience. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Worst company and customer service I have EVER dealt with. Order was placed and then miraculously two days later email sent and my order was cancelled for no reason whatsoever. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have failed.

Do not waste your time with this SCAM of a company.

I placed an order on Saturday. The order was canceled on Monday without any explanations. I'll keep checking my credit card to make sure nothing gets charged.

This is a scam site from Florida that harvests you credit card information and uses it weeks later. It’s terrible and terrifying

I placed an order with Brivol for OTC products. Two days later l received an email saying that my order was canceled. No explanation, no reason why. Total waste of my time. The purpose in ordering online was to save me a trip to the store.

They charge a very low price for something, you pay with your card. They then cancel the sale and makeup some reason it had to be cancelled. Then you'll start to see charges on your card that you didn't make. Stay clear from them, it's a scam.

I placed my order on 5/13/2023. It was immediately placed On Hold. Several inquires by email and the chat on the website have done nothing. Phone calls are immediately disconnected. My credit card was not charge, so for that I am thankful. Thought it was too good to be true, but tried anyway. I was lucky not to lose money. Website should have alerts on it showing it's a scam or removed!

This website is shady. I ordered 3 items (Fairlife bottles) and when I got my order confirmation, it was confusing and looked like I paid $24 for only 2 little bottles rather than 2 cases, so I wrote to them. They said they’d get back to me but without doing so, the next day it was canceled. No explanation. So I wrote back and this was their illiterate response, verbatim: “ what you see in products pages same as it is you will buy it”. Not only rude but terrible grammar. Felt like someone in China was writing to me. I’m watching my credit card statement now to make sure they don’t still charge it.

Placed order for 2 items yesterday 5/04/23, within a hour,received email that order was on hold pending payment processing. Paid using credit card that I know has very good fraud alert so I was expecting a text from credit card within minutes of transaction to verify I made purchase. I never received anything from credit card company to verify I made purchase. Received email 5/05/23 (a few minutes ago) that order was cancelled with no explanation for cancelation. I should have checked Scamdoc before ordering! This company has really low trust rating:Very bad trust index. I will now keep a close watch on credit card for any fraudulent transaction.

This company is a SCAM! I ordered a product that was selling for over $350 on Amazon, and paid $60 on Brivol. I never received a confirmation email so I called the next day, the phone number is always "busy" and when I asked to speak to someone in the online chat and told them that I thought their company may be a scam, they first said "we are legit" and then said that they are having "a payment gateway issue on their website" and that they will have to reach back out once the issue was resolved. I never gave them my name, phone number, email address, or any information that would suggest who I was, within 5 min I received an email that the order was cancelled. Once I told them I would report them they stopped responding to me....DO NOT ORDER FROM BRIVOL!

I asked to buy a atto folding scooter. The price is $277. Others sell the same scooter for$2900 or so. I have offered $800 in escrow with my bank upon delivery and checking item. I await word.

Always super quick delivery! Products are awesome
