please avoid this web site
i did not want to do this as respect to our service men mean a lot to myself and my family but this web site does not deliver the goods , i have asked them multiple times for my "lest we forget " pin, got one reply stating they were trying to catch up , since then nothing, i think it is criminal they are allowed to carry on using our soldiers ,airmen and sailors to line thier own pockets

I wamt my money back...British Pride kept asking my bank and contesting my money back. I am fed and disgusted by this British Pride. I bought a couple of Broaches which appeared to be fake. I returned them and hitherto I havent had my refund back. No means of calling British Pride, No phone number they dont reply to emails. I waited for weeks for my order to arrive yet it didnt. It finally arrived when I travelled for Christmass, and upon my arrival I saw the miserably looking parcel in my house. It appeared to had beem delivered when I was on holiday despite my several emails requesting that I dont want the order any more...when they refused to reply me i had to call my bank for a refund. But much to my chagrin they insisted on taking back the money. I must tell that I am embittered and completely disgusted by British Pride. And I want my money back. Poor customer service and untrust worthy merchant !!!

I ordered an Ancient Submariners pin badge and got delivered an RAF Veterans badge ~ There is no phone number listed and I have emailed twice over two weeks with no reply ~ frankly very disappointed.

My order was placed in Dec 2025 I sent 6 follow up emails and have not received a single response let alone an update....AVOID THIS DODGY OUTFIT LIKE THE PLAGE

I would not recommend ordering anything from this company, I’ve been waiting since May 2025 for £100 worth of goods. First they said my items were beng dispatched, then weeks and months passed by and nothing arrived. And now there has been no response whatsoever to the countless number of emails I have sent them.

I would have awarded zero stars if I could.

I ordered the Spitfire and Roundels Winter Scarf on the 20th Nov, with the order being confirmed on the 20th.
Despite sending four emails (30th Nov, 3, 4 & 8th Dec) I have had no further correspondence  whatsoever regarding my order.
At the time of order it was mentioned to please allow extra time due to the way order is handled and I believe that I have now done this.

I can only think that British Pride is a scam and potential customers should be wary and avoid ordering from this website to avoid losing their money.
My order #BP8436UK has not arrived and it now seems that it never will.

Having posted this review on 14th December, I then recieved an email on the 15th stating that an order had been shipped.

After waiting 23 days with no communication whatsoever my order arrived today (17th) !!

The quality appears to be very good (I haven't removed it from its bag as it's a gift) and I am more than happy with what I have ordered.

So this company is legit with evidently some great products on offer, but dissapointed that this negative review could have been avoided completely if only I had some correspondence from them.

With this I am raising my rating to 4 stars as they evidently need to sort their comms out but deserve better feedback.

I placed an order BP6575 on 1 August and contacted British Pride through both responding to order confirmation and web site address on 23 August, 2 September 16, September, 8 October & 22 October.
None of my emails were responded to nor have I received the goods or a refund.
I am now receiving 12 emails each day offering further deals
PLEASE DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY BY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered a poster at the end of Sept. Have not receieved any confirmation of my order.
Have written to them 3 times asking for the status of the order and have had no response

RE Order 63479 placed on 23/7/25 the last I heard from British Pride was on the25/8/25 not heard any thing since despite sending numerous Emails several report forms and even letters. Still not received my Submariners pocket watch or any contact. Being a veteran myself I find this very disconcerting.

ordered a couple poppies from these guys last year and they did not disappoint and delivery was quick however this year, is a different story. ordered a few more poppies at least 2 weeks ago and they have not arrived let alone an email saying they have been dispatched. i have sent multiple emails to the email on the website and have not received anything back.

I am really sorry to say that my since my last review I still have to items I've paid for and no response to my emails.

I have sent a number of emails and still no response. I have bought from you before and the products were great. If I get no response from them then how can I fix a problem if there is one. There are other products that we want to collect but I can not by anymore until this is fixed. A response to this would have been nice. To quote the Rock band 'The Rolling Stones', "I can't get no satisfaction".
I am very disappointed. I always imagines that anything to so with the Royal British Legion and veterans would be above board that's why i trusted this site. So I don't know what to do? maybe I write to the legion and ask them.

SCAM ‘company’ appears to be operating from the same addresses as NevAnna Ltd.
NevAnna ceased trading in September, the directors resigned in June.
I got my CC chargeback and reported to Action Fraud UK.

Bought a pin on their website in July, it was never delivered. I tried contacting them in the way they recommend, by replying to their emails or using the contact form on their website, but they never replied. As far as I can tell it's a scam website. Don't go near them.

I hate to write something bad as I’m sure it will be a great product but it seems to be the trend here and the only way to flag an order to British Pride. I ordered a pocket watch on the 4th September for my partners 30th birthday which was at the end of September. I had one email to confirm the order but nothing since. I’ve emailed multiple times and filled in the customer contact form to check the status of the order but I still haven’t received a reply. Please could you chase this order. Order number: BP64129.
