Lovely idea: hand-woven cotton rope gives a stable bed, and handles help move it. Still, wipe-clean is not the same as washable, a limitation. Is that enough?

Ordered Medium sized dog coat for our medium size dog and its far too small more like XXS.
Took 2 weeks to arrive and will cost me £20 to return.
Been offered a 30% refund if i keep item.

Functional, though not especially inviting
Compared with an open carrier, this compact bag seems more contained and protective, while the ventilation openings and zip access are practical features for short trips.
Still, the description gives little sense of the interior space or structure. I would consider it for its portability, but only after checking that its dimensions suit the cat.

Misleading company name to say the least. Do not expect prompt delivery - it takes an age to ship things around the world and products get stuck on various delivery hubs. I would not use again

Absolute scam company. Not British at all ! Ships from china and expects you to pay to return there even after admitting in writing the "product may not have been clearly communicated on the website". That is false advertising.
Had to go through my bank to get a full refund after multiple back and forth emails with useless customer "support"
Avoid at all costs as their descriptions of what they're selling is completely false.

A scam, do not buy from here
I ordered a raised dog bowl on a metal stand. This took weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it was just a bowl. I e mailed to query where the stand was and was told that the stand is sold separately. There is no mention of the stand being sold separately and I would not pay £14.95 for just a plain white bowl which I could buy elsewhere for less than £5.
Similarly to others when I asked for a return address in order to get a full refund I was given an address in China and was told I had to pay the postage to return the item before I could get a refund.
An out and out scam. Do not buy from this company, they are definitely not British.

Our cat actually uses it
By the fifth evening, my tabby had stopped sneaking onto the laundry basket and was curled into the raised edge of the Cozy Cloud Cat Bed instead. The faux fur is very soft without feeling flimsy, and the round shape seems to suit the way she tucks her paws under. It looked a bit squashed coming out of the parcel, so I had to give it a shake and let it settle overnight. I’ve washed it once already and it came out fine. Nice little spot for her naps.

After 5 days my order had still not been processed so I requested cancelation full refund as it had not been shipped. Their terms and conditions only state you cannot cancel once shipped. Surprise, Surprise - received next day email saying it's on its way but have to allow for it to go through various international checks so still no idea when/if the item will arrive.
Don't make the same mistake!

Now her favourite sunny spot
Four days in, my cat has settled into this woven bed as if it’s always been beside the window. She scratches the firm rope sides after breakfast, then curls up on the cushion for most of the afternoon. The natural woven finish looks far nicer in our sitting room than her old bulky scratching post, and the removable cushion makes clearing off fur straightforward. It did wobble slightly on our uneven floor until I moved it, but that’s been the only niggle. She uses it every day.

Ordered my product from British pets only for it to be from Hong Kong, wrong item sent customer service and joke get back to you days later eh ! You can send back if you want but you pay no returns label and get money back when it's tracked and eventually returns ,or refund 40 % of what you paid but keep the wrong product 🤷♀️raging 🤬

Similarly I searched for a British Supplier for a chicken coop opener. Product arrived and very flimsy especially as I-have very large chickens . Requested to return to be told that it had to be sent back to china at my own cost to get a refund or accept 30%.

I ordered a GPS tracker for my escaped dog who will not come back on recall.
I assumed as it had the word " British" in its name along with a UK phone number and email everything would be fine.
However this is NOT the case. The warehouse is in CHINA. All products are shipped over. Its been a week since I ordered so I chased them up only to be told the tag had been shipped, yet its still in China, no good to me!
I would NOT buy from this company again. I'd give them I wide bearth too.
