Number swapped quickly and easily
The number I ordered was going to take a few weeks, which didn't fit with the opening of my new business. So I rang, left a message and got called back. They swapped my number for one that was immediately available, and even gave me a small discount. The SIM and number arrived the following day, and all worked perfectly. I would highly recommend British Numbers.

Dear Liara,
Thank you for your review and we have spent some time investigating your case - please rest assured that your number is safe and sound.
The SIM card we delivered is already activated and ready to use. Simply pop the SIM into a mobile phone and, if prompted, enter the 4-digit PIN we emailed you to start using your new number.
It seems we had delivered your order using packaging with the wrong instructions - we apologise for the confusion this has caused.
Our team is happy to help if you are still experiencing any issues preventing you from getting connected by emailing us: info@britishnumbers.com or giving us a call: +447919191791.
Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and I hope this response provides some clarity.
