From start to finish, Alex and the team were so helpful, even ringing out of normal hours if they needed to. Emails, texts and calls were responded to within a few hours.
They are always professional, polite, and put you at ease. When they say if there's anything we can do just get in touch they really mean it.

Very effective and good alternative to a local agent

After several attempts to sell our house over a number of years we approached British Homebuyers with a degree of scepticism. However, within 3 weeks they found a buyer at the asking price and the sale duly completed a while later. Throughout, the communication and attention was exemplary and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I came to British homebuyers after unsuccessfully using two named high street estate agents. The difference from day 1 with British homebuyers was a breath of fresh air. From the first conversations with both Molly’s it was clear that this was a team working wholly on my behalf. Alex was excellent and his level headed approach and his transparency in explaining the intricacies of conveyancing put me completely at ease. He always said we were his client and he was working for us. Having that collective and transparent process in our corner certainly made the whole experience less stressful. They work in a different way to the standard high street agents in that they are always there and always supportive from everyone involved in their internal chain.
