The turnaround could not have been quicker!!
Posted on 26th and received my repaired Tannoy SFX 5.1 subwoofer amp back on the 30th!!
Great value for money saving a lot compared to buying a replacement!!

Wow, what a fantastic service. Needed my Wharfedale Dx1 subwoofer repaired. Via great communication I personally dropped the item off.
Within an hour of dropping it off, I received a message to say that it had been repaired and was ready for collection.
The subwoofer is now working perfectly.

Our caravan motor mover control box failed just when we needed it. The manufacture was completely unhelpful. Came across Britfix on eBay while hunting for a replacement part. They provided a Great service and first class communication. They received the part from us on Tuesday we had it back fully repaired on Thursday! I’d strongly recommend them.

A great company to deal with… very helpful and fast. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair from when the item was received till when it was dispatched back. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great service - I found them on Ebay and took a punt on disassembling a B&W Zeppelein speaker that had stoppd working after 12 years use - to remove the board and send it to Oleksandr. It came back within a couple of days and I did not have a lot of expectation, but reassembled it and low and behold its good as new again! Delighted to have spent c£50 and fix something that would be over £500 to replace - great service and result! Thank you.

I had a high end subwoofer which had died and decided to give Britfix Repairs a go. The service provided was off the scale, repaired on the day of receiving and sent back the following day on 24 hour delivery. I don’t normally bother with giving feedback but the icing on the cake was the reasonable cost of the repair hence credit where credit is due!

My sub-woofer failed this morning, I dropped the faulty motherboard to Britfix repairs ltd. It was repaired & ready to collect & fitted by the afternoon. My sub-woofer is working fantastic job!

Found this company on ebay after looking for quite some time (12 months). I was sceptical but needed some repairs on my kef psw 2000s, 1 made the dreaded buzzing/cracking sound and the other made no noise but had the greenlight. I got in touch with britfix and they responded almost immediately asking me to post the amps being the sceptic that I am i asked if I could hand deliver instead. They said that was fine. A few days later I turned to the address I was given I introduced my and handed over my 2 amps and asked what day should I return. To my astonishment I was told if I didn't mind waiting it might be possible to repair both amps within a 2-3 hour window. I waited an 1 amp was able to be repaired the needed some parts that needed to be ordered. I left with 1 amp and the other 1 was repaired and posted back to me within a few days. I had further problems with the one posted back to which britfix did not hesitate on 2 further occasions to rectify and it turned out the issue was with my sub.

From start to finish britfix were professional, kept me informed and always responded to my calls and messages.

Based off this interaction I will be using britfix and britfix alone for anything electronic related and they can fix it of course!
Cost wise they are more than fair and other warranties on their repairs where applicable.

Thank you again britfix my living room walls are throbbing again from all this bass.
