User experience is effortless. But I wanted to get another watch insured instead I have to get it assessed. Such a hassle. You folks should provide an assessment company locally or provide market value as an alternative to assessment.

I have satisfaction with getting a ring insured, although I had to jump through some hoops to do so. Fortunately, my jewler assisted by contacting Briteco to get my input documents forwarded properly. I probably would have had to contact Briteco myself to manage the downloading paperwork required by Briteco. It was through the efforts of my jeweler that I did get my insurance policy for the insured ring.

The company has been great so far to work with. They double checked with our venue and let us know that we didn't need as much insurance as we were going to get so adjusted our coverage and gave us a 5% discount.
