By far the worst gold coin company I have seen.
Expect your orders to be late, terrible customer service with staff that lacks any intelligence or standards.
They also stop replying once you ask for a complaint procedure.

My reply:
It’s false that you have worked with me to resolve the complaint. Your promised an update on the complaint which never happened. You also failed to supply me with the call recordings that proves your staff lying on the phone.
My last email to max was over a month ago (16/05/2025) yet it remains unanswered. This shows your dishonesty in claiming that you have worked with me to resolve the complaint.

Found this company via the YouTube channel and Christopher Collects who is employed by the company. I am happy with the coins delivered but I found the prices a tad steep. Even the highest mintage £2 coins have a substantial mark up. Had I conducted a more thorough research on comparable sites, I may have hesitated to pay such prices. I am hoping that in a few years time there may be some profit should I care to sell
