Terrible Customer Service & Deceptive Refund Practices - AVOID!
I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible customer support and deceptive practices of the Bright app. I paid $75 for this application, but its quality, features, and functionality are completely unacceptable and far below what was advertised.
When I reached out to their support team to request a legitimate refund, they refused to help and strictly told me to contact Google Pay. I followed their instructions and contacted Google Pay support. Google officially confirmed and documented that the refund MUST be processed directly by the app developer (Bright).
Instead of taking responsibility, Bright is just playing "ping-pong" with its customers. To make matters worse, when I left a 1-star review on the Play Store, they replied with a generic "please email us so we can help" message just to look good in public—even though I had already emailed them and they had already dismissed me!
They are deliberately wasting time to avoid returning my money. This is an awful way to treat paying customers. I am currently initiating a chargeback dispute through my bank. Do not spend your money on this app until they fix their customer service and honor their refunds. Return my $75 immediately!
