I can’t recommend Bright Box FS enough — Max, Oakley and Helen were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

My situation wasn’t straightforward, with two mortgages running alongside each other and one rate coming to an end. Instead of taking the easy route and simply renewing with my current lender, they really took the time to understand the full picture and find the best possible solution for me.

They explored all options and came up with a smarter plan — renewing one mortgage while waiting for the other to expire, then combining them with a completely different lender on a much better rate. It’s the kind of forward-thinking advice that genuinely makes a difference financially.

Throughout the whole process they were knowledgeable, proactive, and always on hand to explain things clearly and keep everything moving smoothly.
