This company does not have freight insurance period.i had a new Audi A8L damaged the company gave me the run around for weeks about filling the claim after a full investigation we were lied to no insurance for cargo only liability please do your homework when choosing a transport company definitely not bridgeway wish this on no one

We’d like to clarify one point in your review. The carrier assigned to your shipment carried both Automobile Liability and Motor Truck Cargo insurance, and we provided you with the carrier’s insurance certificate to assist with the claims process.
Throughout the process, we remained available by phone and email, responded to your questions, and worked to assist you with the claim. We also provided a $200 discount in an effort to help resolve the situation while the claim was being handled.
As a licensed auto transport broker, we take every damage claim seriously and remain committed to assisting our customers. If there’s anything further we can do to help move this matter toward a resolution, we’re happy to continue working with you.

Terrible company to work with
Terrible company to work with. The customer canceled the load, but they refused to cancel it in the system. They kept saying they would cancel it but never did. They also failed to provide the correct customer contact information for the required confirmations. Very poor communication and customer service. I do not recommend accepting loads from this company, they will likely waste your driver's time and miles.

The carrier had direct communication with the customer from the beginning. The customer ultimately canceled the shipment, and we cannot verify what led to that decision. Blaming our company for the cancellation is not an accurate representation of the situation. Thank you
