I had a puncture in my tire and had to have it replaced. I was satisfied with the tire, so I ordered two new ones. When I received the Bridgestone Alenza tires, I saw that the tread depth was only 7 mm. It is really sad that such a large company as Bridgestone engages in shrinkflation.

They repaired a truck tyre in christchurch New zealand with a tube patch.It didnt last 24 hours.The Manager and area Manger didnt want to know about it.

I am getting no calls back regarding my claim. My call have been escalated to the area manager, the district manager and the division manager. None have called back. I requested a response ASAP because of the damage caused by Firestone installing an incorrect battery in my BMW, I can't drive the car. I expected more accountability from the Bridgestone/Firestone brand.

EXACTLY the same experience as the following review but mine were from Halfords. I wanted mitchelin too but was talked into Bridgestone . Very shocked after Mot yesterday as they are perished and cracked. I have been driving for 50 years and have regularly bought new tyres. I’m never experienced this. I would add that I am a very careful driver.

I had a good experience here. It was fast and good quality tires for my SUV.

I have bought 2 of this tyres a month ago . I told myself " high price mean high quality " how wrong i was .... done my mot and failed on one of this " brand new" tyre . One of them had bulge . This could have been caused by a shock or pothole however ... i have done 400 miles in a month and didnt hit any pothole or side of the road with my car . This mean that this tyre was faulty since i have it and i was very lucky it didnt blow up while i was driving . I did contact bridgestone but naturly they dont want to take responsability ....
Make yourself a big favour and keep away to buy any of them tyres. My next set will be continental but to be honest i lost my faith in this " premium" brands ....

In the last 10 years of driving I have never had to replace a tire.
Bought 4 Turnaza 6 Enliten tires from bridgestone last year. In the last 3 months I have had to replace 3 of them due to splits and holes. With a price tag of £130 each, I'm severely disappointed.

If I could give zero or half star I would. Regrettably I did not do my research on premium tyres as thoroughly as I thought I had. Because I obviously failed to read the reviews on this site to spare myself from the experience of other vehicle owners who have provided useful but poor ratings on Bridgestone tyres. Tyre treads are down to 2mm after less than 10k miles of driving and Bridgestone refuse to accept responsibility. It seems pulling customers through the ropes with endless paperwork seems to be the policy rather than standing by their 5 year guarantee that they proudly advertise. I will never buy Bridgestone or their sister company tyres again. £450.00 down the drain! Buyer Beware.

Ho acquistato per le mie automobili CMax 2013 e Yaris 2008 gli pneumatici Bridgstone modello 4 stagioni turanza A005 non l’avessi mai fatto! Mi sono subito accorto della mancata stabilità in curva per non parlarle del pattinamento sul bagnato e con il caldo estivo era come navigare. Dopo un testa coda fatto su statale 16 con la Yaris ho esposto il mio reclamo al rivenditore Firststop Erinnio di Cerignola il quale dopo varie peripezie ha inoltrato scheda tecnica di reclamo alla casa madre che con i suoi tempi, non c’è un referente tecnico commerciale per la Puglia, dopo varie mie mail e messaggi Messenger di reclami ha accettato di sostituire i soli pneumatici della Ford Cmax e per la mia Yaris? Respinta senza alcuna motivazione logica e soprattutto senza nessun referente tecnico che ne valutasse la problematica. Con quale logica per la Cmax il mio reclamo è stato accettato e per la Yaris no? Resto molto deluso da siffatto atteggiamento e non escludo di rivolgermi alla ADICONSUM di Foggia per denunciare l’abuso e chiederne i danni.

Bought Bridgestone Weatherpeak tires for our VW Tiguan. They are supposed to last 80k miles and have a 70k mile warranty.

The tires lasted less than 15k miles and all were completely worn and unsafe to drive on. Bridgestone's warranty doesn't cover tires that are worn down and showing the mesh, so we're just out of luck when it comes to replacing.

I paid over $1000 for these tires (installed) and it's crazy that they didn't last even 15k miles. I've never had tires last this short.

When I posted a review, they said to email them and they'd "make it right". They then wasted my time asking for more info, proof of purchase and more stuff before just telling me that I should "contact Americas Tire support". When asked why they wasted my time asking for all that info just to push me off to another company's support, they said "please contact Americas Tire".

Completely useless and they don't stand behind their products at all.

Check the reviews for Bridgestone tires carefully before buying. I now see that this is a fairly common problem and everyone has the same experience -- Bridgestone not doing anything to make it right. I'll never buy Bridgestone again.

Just fitted 2 Bridgestone tyres (almost £300) and have just measured the tread. I expected 8mm and Bridgestone have cut tread depth to 6mm. Wow, that's a 25% cut in it's life!

NO SUPPORT FROM BRIDGESTONE!!!!!

I wrote them 6 weeks ago, they acknowledge my complaint - then nothing (i have written 3 follow ups).
I have 2 wintertires, only 2 years, Blizzak dot 3022, and they already have a lot of cracks in the rubber - that should not be the case when only 2 years.

Buyer beware. In the 1990s I fitted steel-belted Bridgestones light truck radials to my Ford Zodiac. After only around 10,000 mls they have delaminated where they are supposed to seal against the rim. Bridgestone told me it was because of their age but I have Dunlop tyres that are 10 years older and have covered far higher mileages on the same car without this ever happening. I would never fit Bridgestone tyres. Luckily I had tubes fitted inside otherwise they would not have even managed to get to 10,000 mls.

Bought 3 Turanza all seasons last week. to replace my old 3 Bridgestone Turanza on my Skoda. (replaced one last year with last years all season Turanza)
the feedback im getting though the steering wheel is horrific, even my wife notices though the seats. I went and had them re balanced and nothing has changed still a horrible drive. i wish i had stuck with good year or even Pirelli.

I previously only got around 18 to 20k mileage on my tyres, I switched to T005 3 years ago and only just needed them replaced after 30k+ miles. By Far exceed expectations!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Bought 2 Bridgestone A005 evo in August 2022 and fitted on the front of my car. Less than 2 years and need to be replaced soon. In January 2023 ( only a few months later after the Bridgestone) i’ve bought 2 budget tyres Autogreen fitted on the back of the car. The tyres have been rotated before winter 2023 so the Bridgestone ones haven’t been all the time where the traction is. The budget Autogreen will last for at least another year. I’ve paid 235 £ for the 2 Bridgestone tyres compared to 160 £ for the Autogreen ones. Bridgestone is rubbish. On their website they say increased wear life. What a joke. Do not buy

Worst company ever with crappy tires. I purchased a set of BFS WEATHERPEAK 225/60R17. The tires did not last 12 months and the company would not honor the warranty. The company blamed the car instead of the junk tires they sell. Both fronts went bad in less than 12 months on a car with good alignment. Buyer beware.
