Amazing customer service, best quality meat. Will continue ordering from them for years!

Some of the burger arrived partially thawed along with the cube steaks. It took 3 days to travel a little over 400 miles was probably the problem so now will have to eat it right away to prevent freezer burn.

Love the quality of meat. The only thing we find that could be done differently, if possible, is a way of packaging when it takes a few days for delivery. It took 3 days for our buffalo to arrive and it was all thawed. This has happened twice.

The name isn't Price...........
Although they are quite willing to work with you to ensure you don't spend needless dollars, the follow through is a bit weak.
1 - No follow up calls when promised.
2 - GPS can't find address in Lymon, and neither can the people that I asked.
3 - Failure to check messages, especially on a day when the buyer has made tentative arrangements to pick up the shipment.
Biggest fix I can suggest is posting the store location and hours on the website, and checking the phone messages every now and then.

Good product. Would like to c a option of creating own combos or if the current combos could have substitutions . Was disappointed of delivery date from Fed ex. Bridger valley estimated delivery to b on one day but fed ex delivered the next day.

I just received my order and am excited to try the product. The package arrived in excellent condition and on time.

The very best meat available for health and flavor, and at a fair price. We have been serving Bridger Valley Buffalo to our guests for several years and eating it ourselves in the off-season also. It is hearty, satisfying, snd delicious! And, the customer service in-store and with online ordering is prompt snd thorough. Excellent company and product!

I love Bridger Valley Buffalo! We have a cabin in Montana and cannot get good Bison there! if you can believe it. So, we found this place several years back and we order the Bison burger in 1 lb. packs and use it for everything instead of beef. It is packaged great, comes quickly and the quality is exactly what I want. Thank you!

We just received our shipment...on time and well packaged. The buffalo was beautiful. We ate tenderloins the next night and you could almost cut them with a regular knife. OUTSTANDING !

I am in the fitness industry. I am a clean eater but needed some red meat added to my diet!! There just isn't any lean, good tasting meat out there that are hormone free and truly heathy. I was stuck with chicken , turkey and fish until I found you. Thank you for you lean and healthy buffalo!! Even my 9 year old daughter likes it better than the "other" hamburgers that I or reatraunts cook. I love that even she can taste healthy and good meat!! I love that you ship out of state and all of it reasonable and fast. Keep doing what you do!! You are amazing. And not only will I be back. But I'm always handing your name out to clients and my friends.
