I recently purchased a van through Bridgend Van Centre, and the level of service I received was exceptional from start to finish. Elliot was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to find the right van that matched my requirements perfectly. His communication was continuous, clear, and genuinely supportive at every stage.Elliot also arranged for my Part Exchange to allow the sale to go through smoothly and efficiently.

Despite the long distance involved, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Elliot kept me updated from initial enquiry right through to delivery, ensuring all details were accurate and that the process remained completely stress‑free. The van arrived exactly as described and in excellent condition.

Bridgend Van Centre, and Elliot in particular, delivered a truly reliable, customer‑focused experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality van and outstanding service.

So I recently purchased a transit custom off the guys at Bridgend.
I purchased the van without viewing it in person and put a lot of trust into watching video clips of it as it’s a bit of a distance to get to.
Both Darren and Elliot were excellent with communicating via both telephone calls and emails. They went out of there way to reply to questions I even had reply’s on evenings or on the weekend.
They don’t pressure you at all with any purchase which is a massive selling point for me. The van came exactly as they said it would, it was delivered to me within 2 minutes of the day and time stated. I would definitely buy again from bridged van centre.

I've always been skeptical about buying a vehicle without seeing it in person first, but the video walk round put most of my worries at ease...
Im pleased to say that after taking delivery the ford transit custom signature that the vehicle looks superb!
