I ordered on 20/12/2024 for an amount of €35 and I never received it. Zero information online, order tracking is non-existent. Quite expensive product promoted by nutty influencers that is not worth a rabbit fart. Really run away!

I ordered a few of them and the models I got looked better than I thought and they are quite sturdy too…. It was a simple and pleasant experience in my opinion, and I would recommend

I purchased a couple models and I enjoyed building all of them so much. It took me while to build since I just started a new hobby of building and its the best thing ever!

VERY COMPLICATED TO PUT TOGETHER. HAVE REACHED OUT TO COMPANY 6 TIMES AS OF THIS MORNING IN REGARDS TO RETURNING. I ORDERED 3 PRODICTS, 2 OF WHICH ARE NOT OPEN. THEY NEVER RESPOND BACK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. FRAUD!

I order at the beginning of December for Christmas and we received it the first week of January, my son had to go back home before he got his gift, I’ll now have to ship it to him. The packaging doesn’t say what car is in what bag. No english on the packaging, no instructions. Not using the QRcode as I now don’t trust the company. Really disappointed for the cost of them and the length of time to get them.

We ordered three weeks before christmas and paid more for expedited shipping. It is now Jan. 17 and it STILL isn't here. We've reached out and asked for a refund but they refused say it has already shipped. There was nothing on the tracking until January 2. So they didn't even attempt to ship it until then. It's saying it'll arrive in about a week... but I'm still not convinced. And it is WELL past guaranteed delivery time and the company won't entertain even refunding the expedited shipping. It doesn't give me a lot of hope in the product. We will not be ordering again.

Not gonna lie. It took a minute for the cars to get here, I ordered 3 and thought they weren’t gonna come in. But I emailed the company and Zoe got back to me in an instant, giving me information on how to track my packages and reassured me they were on the way. I was a little worried but after a couple days they came in and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. 100% worth the wait and money. Will be buying again :)

I ordered a Miata and Porsche 911 rsr sets from brick velocity, both sets arrived within a month and the packaging had nothing to do with brick velocity, I’m assuming that they are dropshipping. In my Miata set I had one small piece missing that could have been lost. I have not assembled the Porsche set yet so I do not have a review to write about it. The sets use non genuine LEGO bricks which was to be expected but everything went together well and seems to be compatible with LEGO bricks. Unfortunately the car seemed to be minifigure scale but did not have appropriate room to seat a figure on the interior of the vehicle when assembled according to the directions.
Overall I have enjoyed my experience with brick velocity but I am only giving 4 stars due to it appearing to be dropshipped and inability to seat a mlnifig.

Ordered this and one other set for Christmas 2023. Both sets had missing pieces. But this one was the worst. There were at least 4 missing pieces, 2 of which were on the outside. But my son was tearing his hair out trying to find the piece think he had lost it. We move couches and furniture to no avail. After finishing the build we realized that they must have switched pieces because there were two leftover pieces that were similar to the missing pieces, but wrong.

I reached out to customer service. They did nothing to resolve the problem. There were multiple emails back and forth. I sent them this picture showing the two external missing pieces and the wrong ones that I sent them. They then asked me to circle the page in the instructions and the part that was missing. There were no instructions! You had to scan a QR code. They said it was procedure to prevent fraudulent claims. What is the difference between this picture and circling the instructions? They are the ones committing fraud. And even worse, if ours was like this then they probably have a problem on the manufacturing/packaging line. Many other customers will have the same problem.

I will not order from Brick Velocity again. Both sets I bought for my son for christmas had missing pieces. He was losing his mind. Their customer service did not care. They thought I was trying to scam them, but they are frauds. It is not worth it. Know what you are getting into. Buy Lego.
