Warning about Bricksforge
Update: He refused my creditcard dispute, but he lost this case now and I got my money back - easy win for me!
I have been dealing with Bricksforge for 11 days now without any resolution. They keep claiming the issue is due to my cache (already disabled) or my WiFi (even though I have proven the same issue occurs on 5G). I have submitted all requested videos showing the problem, tested without cache, with and without WiFi, on different devices and browsers.
When I attempted to use their 30-day refund policy, my request was denied with the excuse: "That is actually a translation mistake in our English version of the refund policy." This is unacceptable, they fight for every cent and do not honor their own refund policy.
Ticket response times are extremely long and offer no real prospect of a solution. I have already initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider. I strongly warn others against purchasing this plugin.
