Fantastic. So useful. Great idea, excellently executed. The only suggestion I would make is the option to make the location names font bolder or even white as they can be difficult to read when looking at an area containing predominantly darker colours.

Excellent website
Excellent website. If you are in the market for a house you should be using this to compare the estate agents valuations, especially in todays market. The estate agents are not your friends and I have seen some howlers when it comes to overpricing. This website steered me right and ensured i did not get taken for a fool.
And as far as accuracy is concerned it has been near bang on each and every time I have used it.

What a great tool
What a great tool! Really gave me some valuable insight into how properties in my area were performing. Valued my own house really accurately with tangible data unlike some of the other property apps. I’d recommend this to anyone interested in house prices
