I strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think very carefully before doing so.
My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. I paid a substantial amount of money for a specific problem to be resolved, but instead of delivering what I needed and what had been agreed, the work was carried out in a way that did not resolve the issue.
I was also given a guarantee for the work. However, when I later reported the problem and tried to have it corrected under that guarantee, I was unable to get the matter resolved.
I made numerous attempts to contact the company and gave them every reasonable opportunity to put things right. Instead of resolving the issue, communication became increasingly difficult. Eventually, my emails were blocked and I was also prevented from contacting them by phone.
So, after paying a significant amount of money, I was left with the same problem I had paid this company to resolve, as well as the additional stress and expense of having to pursue the matter further.
I exhausted every reasonable attempt to resolve this amicably before taking further action. Unfortunately, I was left with no alternative, and the matter has now been passed to my solicitor.
A guarantee means very little if a company is unwilling to honour it when something goes wrong.
Based entirely on my personal experience, I would not use this company again and I cannot recommend their services.
